Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-1128 is designed for applications that require an elastic film with a dry surface rather than a tacky finish. The aromatic polyurethane dispersion is self-crosslinking and is positioned for bag and garment leather, synthetic leather topcoats, printing pastes and waterborne inks. Its stated mechanical profile includes a 100% modulus of 1.5-3 MPa and elongation of at least 400%. Knife-coating is an indicated application route. Keep this anionic resin separate from cationic pastes and solvent-based pastes unless a specifically validated formulation procedure establishes compatibility and acceptable coating performance.

Formulation and Handling
Do not directly mix with cationic pastes or solvent-based pastes.
A coating application amount of 100-150 g/m² is indicated as a trial starting range; verify the wet/dry basis and suitability for the intended process before use.
- Wet-heat anti-tack performance requires a defined formulation, conditioning procedure and test method; no universal numerical rating is guaranteed.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and light. Stated storage life: 6-12 months; confirm the applicable batch shelf life when ordering.
