Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-101 is a waterborne polyurethane binder distinguished by its nonionic character and soft, elastic film profile. It is suitable for screening in textile and fabric treatments as well as glass-fiber sizing formulations. Adhesion to TPU is another listed characteristic that may be useful in compatible finishing systems. The product is supplied as a polymer dispersion; its ability to mix with water should not be confused with a molecularly dissolved polymer solution. Select the formulation according to the required handle, flexibility, adhesion and processing conditions. Compatibility with sizing components and finishing auxiliaries should be verified before scale-up.

Formulation and Handling
Verify compatibility with the intended sizing or finishing auxiliaries.
Avoid direct contact with curing-agent products during storage and handling; evaluate any planned formulation combination separately.

- The supplied material is a polyurethane dispersion, not a claim of complete molecular solubility.
- The minimum stated storage temperature is 15 °C.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 15-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and sunlight. Keep away from direct contact with curing-agent products. Stated storage period: 12 months.
