TTA-S Application scenarios
1. Metal Rust Inhibitor and Corrosion Inhibitor
This is its most core application. It has excellent rust inhibition and corrosion inhibition effects on various metals such as silver, copper, lead, nickel, and zinc, as well as copper alloys, stainless steel, and cast iron.
2. Rust Inhibitor Additive for Oils and Greases
As a key additive, it is widely used in various rust-preventive oils and greases to enhance their metal protection performance.
3. Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Agent
Used in industrial circulating cooling water systems, it can effectively inhibit corrosion of pipelines and equipment. It is particularly effective in closed-loop circulating cooling water systems when used in combination with scale inhibitors and biocides.
4. Automotive Antifreeze
Added as an additive to automotive antifreeze, it prevents corrosion of metal components (such as aluminum, copper, and solder) inside the cooling system.
5. Lubricant Additive
Used as a metal deactivator and antioxidant in lubricants, it inhibits corrosion of metals by the lubricant and prevents oxidation of the lubricant itself, extending the life of equipment and lubricants.
6. Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI)
Particularly suitable for the protection of copper and copper alloys, its volatile components can adsorb onto the metal surface in a confined space to form a protective film, preventing atmospheric corrosion.
