Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-6056 is a waterborne polyurethane binder with a medium-hard film character and a focus on color development. It can be evaluated in pigmented coatings where blackness, color fullness and adhesion must be balanced with water and solvent resistance. Suggested applications include decorative coatings, wood topcoats, industrial paints and floor finishes on rigid substrates. The resin itself is supplied as a milky-white liquid; the finished color depends on the pigment package and dispersion process. Compare color strength, surface gloss, film formation and resistance properties in the actual coating, rather than assuming the same appearance across different pigment systems.
