D102.5 is a mineral-derived magnesium hydroxide grade in the D100 series for flame-retardant and smoke-suppression compound development. Its reported D50 particle-size range is 1.5–3.5 µm.

The MgO mass-fraction value is not magnesium hydroxide purity. Choose the loading and surface-treatment requirements for the base polymer, then validate processing, mechanical properties and the required finished-product fire test.
