(2) Look at the strength. Check the strength to see if the plasticizer manufacturer has the ability to produce safe plasticizers.
(3) Check the service. No matter which manufacturer, when choosing, pay attention to the manufacturer’s after-sales service. When after-sales service is guaranteed, our products will have the means to solve any problems later. However, if there is no manufacturer’s after-sales service, the manufacturer is irresponsible and it is recommended not to choose.
(4) Look at the evaluation. Before choosing the company, you can listen to the evaluation of the partner who chose the company. If the overall evaluation is good, you can choose with confidence.
3. Look at the product
(1) Check the appearance of the product. ATBC plasticizer is a colorless, odorless, oily liquid. Here, we need to pay attention to the oily liquid. When we find the plasticizer as clear as water, we need to pay attention to the authenticity of ATBC plasticizer.
(2) Look at the amount of water. ATBC plasticizer is soluble in most organic solvents and insoluble in water, you can pay attention to the test when buying to see if the plasticizer is soluble in water, if it melts with water, it is not the real ATBC plasticizer.
(3) Look at the reaction speed. Usually, the evaporation rate of ATBC plasticizer is 0.000009g/cm2~h (105 ℃), hydrolysis rate of 0.1% (100 ℃, 6 h).

1. Pay attention to the compatibility with the resin
Usually, only good compatibility between the resin and the additive, in order to make the additive long-term, stable, evenly mixed into the product, and effectively play its function, if the compatibility is not good, it is easy to “sweat” or “frost”. Phenomenon, but sometimes poor compatibility, the product is not too strict, compatibility can still be poor, such as filler and wax tree compatibility is poor, as long as the filler particle size is small, can still basically meet the performance requirements, apparently after the application of coupling agent or surfactant treatment, can give full play to its function.
2. Pay attention to coordination
Plasticizers have synergistic and antagonistic effects, in the same resin system, sometimes two additives will produce a “synergistic effect” than each has a certain additives alone, the role of the function is much greater. However, if improperly combined, the “antagonistic effect” between the two additives will weaken the function of each additive, or even make one of the additives out of action, special attention should be paid, such as carbon black and amines. Or phenolic oxidants will produce antagonistic effects.
3. Pay attention to the processing conditions
Considering the adaptability of plasticizers to the processing conditions, some resins are harsher partners for processing strips.
4. Pay attention to durability
The loss of plasticizer is mainly volatilized in three ways, while extraction and migration are mainly related to the molecular weight of the additive, solubility in the medium and fineness in the resin.
