Product Overview
WPU-303 is a slightly yellow, translucent waterborne polyurethane dispersion with 35 ± 2% solids. It is positioned for inks, printing pastes and coatings where film appearance must be balanced with water, abrasion and heat resistance. The listed applications extend to paper surface treatments, floor coatings and electrical hardware. These resistance characteristics are qualitative, so they should guide initial resin selection rather than define a finished coating's service rating. Test the completed formulation at the intended film thickness and drying conditions to determine adhesion, flexibility and resistance before commercial use.

Formulation and Handling
Develop and test the complete coating on the intended substrate. Set application viscosity, film thickness and drying conditions using formulation trials.
- Heat, water and abrasion resistance are not accompanied by universal temperature limits or test ratings; validate the required conditions.
- No numerical tensile modulus is specified for this grade.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.
Emballage et stockage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
