Product Overview
WPU-301 is a waterborne aromatic polyurethane binder intended for ink and coating formulations in which film appearance and extension are important. The dispersion forms a smooth, glossy film and is suitable for evaluating printing pastes, paper treatments and coatings for electrical hardware. Its reported viscosity is 50-200 mPa·s, with a pH range of 7-9. Selection should consider the complete pigment, additive and substrate combination rather than the binder alone. Conduct compatibility and coated-substrate trials before setting production conditions, particularly where adhesion or resistance requirements are specified by the end customer.

Formulation and Handling
Evaluate compatibility with the intended pigments, fillers and additives before production. Establish application viscosity and drying conditions through trials on the actual substrate.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct light. Stated storage period: 6 months.
