Description
Application Recommendations
– As a release agent for aluminum alloy die casting, it must be emulsified before use. For every 15% effective content of the emulsion, the working fluid should be 100-150 times dilution. Consult our Application Technology Department for emulsifier and emulsification methods.
– As a release agent for synthetic fiber spinnerets, and a high-temperature resistant oil for atomizing silicone oil in spinnerets of chemical fiber plants;
– Manufacturing plastic products: release agent for polyurethane, epoxy resin, and polyvinyl chloride products; (dilute 30-60 times)
– Other high-temperature lubrication applications such as tire molding release agent, engineering plastic molding release agent, etc.
Precautions
The risks associated with similar products lie in three aspects: release efficiency, mold contamination, and post-processing performance. The optimization solution is to compare with similar products. Using this product in small die casting machines may result in excess weight. Methods to improve cost-effectiveness:
Reduce the addition ratio
Add polyethylene wax as a compatibility agent to reduce high-temperature resistance requirements and lower costs. Addition ratio: This product: polyethylene wax (net content ratio) = 2:1
Contraindications
Mix with caution with other additives. Packaging and Storage
