Application Recommendations
– For aluminum alloy die casting demolding, dilute to 400-600 times before use;
– For demolding of rapidly thermoformed products. For plastic products, including rigid polyurethane foam parts, epoxy-cast transformers and fiberglass PVC jackets, and PU products. Dilute 20-30 times;
– For rubber products, PU elastomers, including rubber pads and backing blankets and packaging material mandrels. Dilute 20-40 times;
– Lubricant for rubber gaskets;
– For demolding of high-grade concrete products.
Precautions
Risks associated with similar products lie in demolding efficiency, mold contamination, and post-processing performance. Optimization involves comparison with similar products. Using this product on small die-casting machines may result in excess weight. Methods to improve cost-effectiveness:
Reduce the amount of this product added.
Add polyethylene wax as a compatibility agent to reduce high-temperature resistance requirements and lower costs. Addition ratio: This product: polyethylene wax (net content ratio) = 2:1
Contraindications
Avoid contact with alcohol solvents. Caution should be exercised when mixing with other additives. Disruption may occur below freezing point.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25Kg and 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life is 6 months.
