This product can replace Acetyl tributyl citrate; ATBC; Tributyl O-acetylcitrate; 2-Acetyltributylcitrate; tri-n-butyl acetyl citrate; Tributyl citrate acetate; Tributyl acetyl citrate.
Acetyl tributyl citrate / ATBC Usage
1. Acetyl tributyl citrate is a non-toxic, odorless and safe plasticizer with excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, light resistance and water resistance. It is suitable for food packaging, children’s toys, medical products and other fields.
2. American F.D.A approved Acetyl tributyl citrate for meat packaging materials and toy materials. Due to its excellent performance, it is widely used in packaging of fresh meat and its products, packaging of dairy products, polyvinyl chloride medical products, chewing gum, etc.
3. The resin is plasticized with Acetyl tributyl citrate and exhibits good transparency and low-temperature deflection performance, and has low volatility and extraction rate in different media. It is thermally stable and does not change color during melting and sealing.
This product can replace Acetyl Tributyl Citrate; Tributyl O-acetylcitrate; 2-Acetyltributylcitrate; tri-n-butyl acetyl citrate; Tributyl citrate acetate; Tributyl acetyl citrate.
What is the difference between ATBC and TBC?
Tributyl citrate (TBC), as one of the new generation of environmentally friendly plasticizers, is also a biodegradable plasticizer with good compatibility, low volatility, and high plasticizing efficiency. TBC can be used as a raw material for the production of another environmentally friendly plasticizer, acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC).
ATBC plasticizer effect
1. Lower the glass transition temperature of the polymer.
2. Change the structure of the polymer to make the plasticized material soft.
3. Increase the elongation of the polymer and reduce the tensile strength.
4. Increase the toughness of the polymer and improve the impact resistance.
5. Improve low temperature performance.
6. Reduce the viscosity of the polymer and improve the processability of the polymer and its compounding mixture.
7. Change the rheological properties of polymers, especially those with high polymer content in the products.
Acetyl tributyl citrate packaging
200kg / drum.
Acetyl tributyl citrate Storage
should be stored in a cool, dry place; transport sunscreen, non-dangerous goods.
