Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-6035 is a waterborne polyurethane binder intended for primer formulations requiring penetration into the substrate and subsequent film cohesion. Its application profile includes wood primers, decorative finishes, industrial paints and floor coatings. The resin is described as forming a relatively hard film while supporting adhesion, water resistance and solvent resistance. For porous or friable surfaces, evaluate its ability to consolidate the surface without leaving an unsuitable glossy or weak interlayer. Actual penetration depends on substrate porosity, preparation, application amount and the rest of the formulation; verify both primer adhesion and compatibility with the intended topcoat.

Formulation and Handling
Run application trials on the intended substrate to establish penetration, coverage and recoating behavior.

Packaging and Storage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums, or 1,000 kg IBCs.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and sunlight. Stated storage period: 12 months.
