Photoinitiators such as <a href=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/zh\/product\/cas-270586-78-2\/\">\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242 TMO<\/a> \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/zh\/product\/photoinitiator-tpo-l-cas-84434-11-7\/\">\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242TPO-L<\/a> are key components because they absorb high-intensity UV light and generate and activate free radicals to crosslink the coating. Curing is the cross-linking of the entire coating at the molecular level and is an instantaneous curing stage. &#8220;As soon as the photoinitiator is exposed to UV light, crosslinking occurs and the coating cures immediately,&#8221; said Lonchak.<\/p>\n<p>\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u5584\u6216\u8c03\u6574\u7279\u5b9a\u6027\u80fd\u6765\u589e\u5f3a\u6d82\u5c42\u8868\u9762\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5982\u6297\u522e\u64e6\u6027\u3001\u5149\u6cfd\u5ea6\u548c\u8d28\u611f\u3002\u989c\u6599\u53ef\u4ea7\u751f\u989c\u8272\u548c\u4e0d\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u70ed\u56fa\u6027\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8bbe\u5907--\u5de5\u827a\u5305\u62ec\u6df7\u5408\u3001\u6324\u51fa\u3001\u51b7\u5374\u3001\u5207\u7247\u3001\u7814\u78e8\u3001\u5206\u7ea7\u3001\u7b5b\u5206\u548c\u5305\u88c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fbe\u5230\u826f\u597d\u7684\u56fa\u5316\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u7528\u91cf\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u5149\u6e90\u76f8\u5339\u914d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u80fd\u91cf\u5242\u91cf\u3001\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u6ce2\u957f\u7684\u9002\u5f53\u7ec4\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7528\u4e8e\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u7684\u4e2d\u538b\u6c5e\u84b8\u6c14\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u706f\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u3002\u6c5e\u706f\uff08\"H nm\uff09\u4e0b\u6709\u5f88\u5f3a\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u8f93\u51fa\uff0c\u662f\u9ad8\u989c\u6599\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u56fa\u5316\u8bbe\u5907\u3002\u957f\u6ce2\u957f\u80fd\u91cf\u53ef\u7a7f\u900f\u8f83\u539a\u7684\u6d82\u5c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u989c\u6599\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img 20 \u5206\u949f\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\uff0c\u5de5\u4ef6\u5c31\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u52a0\u5de5\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u5e76\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u5305\u88c5\u548c\u8fd0\u9001\u7ed9\u5ba2\u6237\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u662f \u5206\u949f\u6216\u66f4\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u624d\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u52a0\u5de5\u65f6\u95f4\u8f83\u957f\uff0c\u5728\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5de5\u4e4b\u524d\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u989d\u5916\u7684\u51b7\u5374\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5982 Lonchak \u6307\u51fa\u7684\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u4e0e\u70ed\u56fa\u5316\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u52bf\u5728\u4e8e\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u548c\u70ed\u56fa\u5316\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u9759\u7535\u7c89\u672b\u6d82\u6599\u5de5\u827a\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u7194\u878d\/\u6d41\u52a8\u548c\u56fa\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u662f\u4e24\u8005\u5728\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u533a\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u662f\u77ac\u95f4\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u3002\u5728\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u56fa\u5316\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u5728 \u6bcf\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u90fd\u662f\u6839\u636e\u5ba2\u6237\u5bf9\u5de5\u4ef6\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u8981\u6c42\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u3002\"Loncic
