1. This product is a heat stabilizer of PVC, with excellent heat resistance and transparency, no sulfur pollution, long-term heat resistance is particularly good, can prevent the products from turning yellow during high-temperature processing. This product is especially suitable for hard transparent products, its melting point is high, will not reduce the softening point and impact degree of hard products. General dosage of 0.5-2%, with barium soap or cadmium soap and synergistic effect, can further improve the effectiveness of stabilization, with dibutyltin laurate and can improve the transparency of the products and heat resistance, and epoxy compounds and can reduce its tearing properties. The product lacks of lubricity, processing performance is poor; due to volatility; sometimes blistering when processing; and, under the action of hydrogen chloride generated when heated, the product will be translocated to become a fumaric acid ester, and the compatibility with the resin decreases, easy to spray frost. In order to overcome these shortcomings, many modified varieties have been developed.
