Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-6058 is a waterborne polyurethane coating binder supplied as a translucent liquid. The grade targets hard, high-gloss films for wood and industrial topcoat applications, with additional use in floor finishes on suitable rigid substrates. Its documented pencil-hardness range provides a reference for screening, but the final result depends on substrate, film thickness, drying and formulation. Evaluate color development and gloss alongside adhesion, film formation and water resistance when selecting this grade. It is a dispersion for formulating a coating, not a ready-to-apply finish; additives and processing conditions should be selected through application trials.
