CS01 is the PVC-focused grade in the CS01/CS02 char-forming series. It is intended for compounders developing a char-promoting component within a broader flame-retardant system, with attention to dispersion and processing compatibility.

Formulation and qualification notes
Select the loading in conjunction with the resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and other fire-performance additives. The source does not specify a universal dosage. Evaluate char behavior, surface appearance and mechanical properties alongside the required finished-product fire test. CS01 and CS02 have different model-specific application focuses and should not be treated as interchangeable without trials.
Packaging and storage
Published packaging: 25 kg bags, with 500 kg or 1,000 kg pallet configurations. Store sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
