Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-507 is a waterborne adhesive grade intended for textile and fiber-related applications that require initial bonding performance and a practical drying process. It is supplied as a one-component anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and is suitable for evaluating application processes involving atomization. The stated activation range of 50-55 °C depends on the substrate and should be confirmed with the complete bonding process. If greater water resistance is needed, a compatible curing agent may be evaluated; this changes the formulation into a two-component working system and requires new pot-life, handling and performance checks.

Formulation and Handling
Validate drying, activation and bonding conditions for the actual substrates.
For higher water-resistance targets, trial a compatible curing agent at an indicative 1-5%; establish the dosage basis, mixing procedure and working time.
Follow the SDS and process controls appropriate to the chosen application method.
- Optional curing-agent addition creates a two-component formulation; do not assume the mixed material retains the unmixed resin's shelf life.
- Activation temperature is not a continuous-use heat rating.
Check binder compatibility, substrate preparation, application conditions and final coating or bond performance in your own formulation. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and light. Stated storage life: 6-12 months; confirm the applicable batch shelf life when ordering.
