CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae BDP Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. O BDP, um retardante de chamas de \u00e9ster de fosfato oligom\u00e9rico, foi projetado para uso em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de resinas de engenharia, como ligas de \u00f3xido de polifenileno e PC\/ABS. Devido \u00e0 sua baixa volatilidade e alta estabilidade t\u00e9rmica, esse retardante de chama de f\u00f3sforo pode tolerar a alta temperatura de processamento necess\u00e1ria para muitas resinas de engenharia.<\/p>\n

2. Caracter\u00edsticas de processamento em v\u00e1rios termopl\u00e1sticos, incluindo ABS e HIPS, que beneficiam o alto fluxo em moldes de parede fina e outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de alto desempenho.<\/p>\n

3. Quando usado como auxiliar de processamento, 1 a 3 phr de BDP s\u00e3o adicionados aos termopl\u00e1sticos para melhorar o fluxo de fus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

4. O Lcflare\u00ae BDP \u00e9 um retardante de chamas organofosforado sem halog\u00eanio. Ele tem as vantagens do grande peso molecular relativo, alta estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e baixa volatilidade. \u00c9 adequado para retardantes de chama de ABS, EP, HIPS, SBS, PC, PPO e outros adesivos.<\/p>\n

5. O BDP \u00e9 um retardante de chamas sem halog\u00eanio pertencente ao grupo de \u00e9steres de fosfato oligom\u00e9rico. Ele \u00e9 baseado em bisfenol A e bisfosfonatos como mon\u00f4meros<\/p>\n

O BDP \u00e9 especialmente adequado para ligas de resina de engenharia, incluindo PC\/ABS e PPO-PPE\/HIPS para acess\u00f3rios el\u00e9tricos e eletr\u00f4nicos. De acordo com os padr\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio, o BDP \u00e9 normalmente usado em uma quantidade de cerca de 8 a 18 phr. Por outro lado, o BDP n\u00e3o requer nenhum sinergista (geralmente \u00f3xido de antim\u00f4nio) e, portanto, tem boa capacidade de ciclo.
