Product Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mesophilic \u03b1-amylase is produced from selected high-quality strains such as Bacillus subtilis through fermentation, extraction, purification and formulation. Also known as liquefying enzyme, mesophilic \u03b1-amylase hydrolyzes the \u03b1-1,4-glucosidic bonds in starch molecules, randomly cleaving the starch molecules into short-chain dextrins of varying lengths and small amounts of low-molecular-weight sugars, thereby rapidly reducing the viscosity of gelatinized starch. Mesophilic \u03b1-amylase is widely used in fruit juice processing, baking and brewing; starch processing, liquefaction in the fermentation industry, starch sugar, monosodium glutamate and alcohol production; feed; textile printing and dyeing desizing; and detergents.<\/p>\n

Application Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In starch processing and related industrial fields, mesophilic \u03b1-amylase is mainly used for batch liquefaction of starch, improving process flow and production efficiency. In fruit juice processing, it can increase juice transmittance and prevent turbidity. In fermentation industries such as beer, alcohol and monosodium glutamate, mesophilic \u03b1-amylase acts on starch in fermentation raw materials and rapidly converts it into fermentable sugars such as glucose, thereby promoting microbial growth, improving raw-material utilization and reducing production costs. In the feed industry, the addition of amylase can improve animal digestion and feed utilization. In the textile industry, enzymatic desizing is efficient, environmentally friendly and does not damage fibers.<\/p>\n

Packaging format, net weight, storage conditions and shelf life depend on the supplied grade. Enzyme proteins may cause respiratory or skin sensitization. Avoid inhaling powder, droplets or aerosols and use appropriate local ventilation and personal protective equipment. Request the current TDS, COA and SDS before handling or production use.<\/p>\n
