A impress\u00e3o tridimensional, mais do que a impress\u00e3o plana, tem como tecnologia principal a tecnologia de grade. A grade \u00e9 uma impress\u00e3o tridimensional que forma uma imagem tridimensional do espectador e \u00e9 a base da tecnologia de impress\u00e3o colorida tridimensional.<\/p>\n<p>A grade \u00e9 uma camada de material \u00f3ptico composta de lentes cil\u00edndricas em forma de barra, de acordo com os princ\u00edpios das regras da vis\u00e3o humana dispostas em um material plano transparente para formar a divis\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es da imagem e a agrega\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes \u00f3pticos sint\u00e9ticos (lentes especiais). Atualmente, as imagens de impress\u00e3o tridimensional usam a grade de lente de coluna, que \u00e9 a grade mais amplamente utilizada e mais madura.<\/p>\n<p>A imagem de grade de lente lenticular baseia-se no princ\u00edpio da refra\u00e7\u00e3o da lente para realizar a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o tridimensional da imagem. A grade de lente de coluna \u00e9 composta por muitas lentes de coluna de placa (folha) de pl\u00e1stico transparente, a superf\u00edcie das linhas de grade por muitos par\u00e2metros estruturais e o desempenho \u00e9 id\u00eantico ao pequeno arranjo linear de lente semicil\u00edndrica composto pela parte traseira do plano para o plano focal do elemento de lente de coluna, cada elemento de lente de coluna \u00e9 equivalente \u00e0 lente de converg\u00eancia, desempenhando o papel de imagem de luz concentrada. Esse processo n\u00e3o apenas elimina o processo de composi\u00e7\u00e3o da grade, mas tamb\u00e9m, devido ao uso da tecnologia de cura de tinta UV, a tinta de impress\u00e3o offset pode ser curada instantaneamente para garantir a precis\u00e3o e a efici\u00eancia da impress\u00e3o, sendo o principal processo e a forma de impress\u00e3o de imagens tridimensionais, a tecnologia de impress\u00e3o offset UV constitui a base da impress\u00e3o tridimensional moderna. Com o desenvolvimento diversificado da moderna tecnologia de impress\u00e3o e as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos de impress\u00e3o tridimensional continuam a se expandir, a tecnologia de impress\u00e3o a jato de tinta e a tecnologia de impress\u00e3o digital tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o usadas no campo da impress\u00e3o tridimensional.<\/p>\n<p>A tecnologia de impress\u00e3o tridimensional \"Offset + composto lenticular\" na impress\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a necessidade de imprimir imagens e placas lenticulares para o composto, a imagem do composto lenticular \u00e9 feita de tr\u00eas maneiras principais.<\/p>\n<p>\u2460 M\u00e9todo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o por prensa plana. Atualmente, o mais usado \u00e9 a primeira moldagem ap\u00f3s o m\u00e9todo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os par\u00e2metros da grade incluem o n\u00famero da linha da grade, a espessura da grade, a dist\u00e2ncia da grade, a transmit\u00e2ncia da grade e o valor do desvio da grade. Atualmente, o n\u00famero de linhas da grade comumente usado \u00e9 de 62 linhas\/pol, 75 linhas\/pol, 100 linhas\/pol e 141 linhas\/pol. A espessura da grade afeta diretamente a imagem est\u00e9reo e pode expressar a faixa de profundidade de campo. Al\u00e9m de atender aos requisitos de tinta UV para impress\u00e3o de tela, ela tamb\u00e9m deve atender aos tr\u00eas requisitos a seguir da tinta UV lenticular tridimensional:<\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Ultra-espessura. A espessura geral da camada de tinta de impress\u00e3o de tela UV \u00e9 de 30 a 60\u03bcm, enquanto a tinta UV lenticular tridimensional requer uma espessura de camada de tinta de 200 a 500\u03bcm e deve ser seca em uma cura UV instant\u00e2nea.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 plasticidade.
