O m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propano \u00e9 o uso de catalisadores espec\u00edficos, sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es de rea\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edficas, para que a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do propano e do oxig\u00eanio produza \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico. Embora o m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propano seja fundamentalmente diferente do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do propileno em termos de princ\u00edpio de rea\u00e7\u00e3o, ele \u00e9, na verdade, derivado do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do propileno. A oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propano para preparar o \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico n\u00e3o passa pelo processo de acrole\u00edna e, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno, tem as caracter\u00edsticas de processo curto e menos poluentes ambientais. Como se trata de uma nova tecnologia, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhuma unidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial no momento, e o controle das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de rea\u00e7\u00e3o desse processo tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma etapa fundamental no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico da oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propano. De acordo com o fluxo do processo, o processo de uma etapa do propano \u00e9 significativamente mais curto do que a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do propileno, mas devido \u00e0 necessidade de tipos especiais de catalisadores, portanto, em termos de seletividade, atividade e estabilidade, a tecnologia do processo apresenta um teste mais rigoroso. Al\u00e9m disso, a mat\u00e9ria-prima do m\u00e9todo de uma etapa do propano \u00e9 o propano, que pode ser g\u00e1s natural por produ\u00e7\u00e3o de propano ou refinaria por produ\u00e7\u00e3o de propano, de modo que ele tem uma ampla variedade de fontes de mat\u00e9ria-prima do que o m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno. De acordo com meu entendimento, a raz\u00e3o pela qual todos est\u00e3o expandindo ativamente novos processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que, no momento, os principais produtos qu\u00edmicos a granel da China t\u00eam sido basicamente excedentes e est\u00e3o prestes a se tornar excedentes, e o \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico n\u00e3o \u00e9 exce\u00e7\u00e3o. O \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico \u00e9 um importante mon\u00f4mero de \u00e9ster acr\u00edlico, \u00e9 o principal produto para alcan\u00e7ar a expans\u00e3o do refinamento da cadeia industrial, a jusante pode ser usado como mat\u00e9ria-prima b\u00e1sica de acrilato de metila, acrilato de etila, acrilato de butila, acrilato de isooctila, resina SAP e \u00e9ster especial de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico, e tamb\u00e9m devido ao fornecimento especial de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico, que levou a um aumento gradual na escala de produ\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00faltimos anos. De acordo com minhas estat\u00edsticas de dados, at\u00e9 o final de 2023, a escala de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico na China ultrapassou 4 milh\u00f5es de toneladas\/ano, com uma taxa m\u00e9dia de crescimento anual de mais de 4%, atingindo um recorde hist\u00f3rico, o que desencadeou mais concorr\u00eancia. A expans\u00e3o da escala de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico levou ao aprimoramento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico. De acordo com minhas estat\u00edsticas, at\u00e9 o final de 2023, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico da China ultrapassou 2,7 milh\u00f5es de toneladas\/ano, mostrando uma taxa m\u00e9dia de crescimento anual de mais de 10%. A cadeia do setor de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico da China, a maior parte do modo integrado de desenvolvimento, o downstream d\u00e1 mais suporte aos \u00e9steres acr\u00edlicos, de modo que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico reflete mais o crescimento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e9steres downstream. De acordo com a tend\u00eancia dos \u00faltimos anos, o suprimento de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico da China deve aumentar, mas o n\u00edvel geral da taxa de trabalho \u00e9 inferior a 70%. De acordo com o setor para avaliar o padr\u00e3o de excedente do mercado, a taxa inicial de menos de 75% est\u00e1 principalmente no status quo de excedente, e o mercado de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico nos \u00faltimos anos, a taxa inicial \u00e9 inferior a 70%. Isso tamb\u00e9m se deve ao aumento da concorr\u00eancia no mercado de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico, resultando em uma baixa taxa de in\u00edcio. Em todos os outros tipos de processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico, a maior parte do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o tem como caracter\u00edsticas a indisponibilidade de mat\u00e9rias-primas, o alto custo do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e as altas barreiras t\u00e9cnicas, de modo que o \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico de uma etapa de propano tem sido motivo de grande preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para o setor. Para a concorr\u00eancia do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de propano em uma etapa, al\u00e9m de saber se esse processo est\u00e1 realmente maduro e a possibilidade de industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 dada mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao custo do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno do que a quanto ele \u00e9 reduzido? De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes, o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de propano em uma etapa, o consumo unit\u00e1rio de propano em 0,87-1,235, outros acess\u00f3rios do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, extratores, agentes de bloqueio, catalisador de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o de propano, \u00e1cido p-tolueno sulf\u00f4nico e outros produtos, o custo unit\u00e1rio desses materiais auxiliares b\u00e1sicos \u00e9 de cerca de 440 yuans \/ tonelada. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, eles incluem \u00e1gua fresca, \u00e1gua desmineralizada, eletricidade, nitrog\u00eanio, ar para instrumentos, g\u00e1s combust\u00edvel, \u00e1gua circulante e vapor, etc., e esses custos s\u00e3o de cerca de RMB 1.500\/tonelada. Sem considerar os custos financeiros, as taxas de gerenciamento, a deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e outros custos, o custo total dos materiais auxiliares b\u00e1sicos e das obras p\u00fablicas \u00e9 de cerca de RMB 2.000\/tonelada, e esse custo tamb\u00e9m pode ser chamado de custo de processamento. A partir da compara\u00e7\u00e3o do custo de processamento do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 muita diferen\u00e7a entre os dois custos de processamento. No entanto, deve-se observar que, devido ao processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em uma etapa do propano na maturidade do teste de mercado, algumas tecnologias de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o consumo unit\u00e1rio de propano pode chegar a 0,87 ou mais, enquanto alguns processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 podem chegar a 1,235. Portanto, se o consumo da unidade de propano mudar, o custo do \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico tamb\u00e9m sofrer\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as \u00f3bvias. De acordo com a medi\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo de unidade de propano de 0,87, sob a premissa do mesmo custo de processamento, independentemente de usar propano nacional ou importado, o m\u00e9todo de uma etapa de propano tem uma vantagem de custo sobre o m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta de propileno. A julgar pelas mudan\u00e7as te\u00f3ricas nos \u00faltimos anos, a diferen\u00e7a de pre\u00e7o entre os dois \u00e9 de cerca de RMB 1.200\/tonelada. Fig. 4 Compara\u00e7\u00e3o do custo do \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico entre o m\u00e9todo de propano em uma etapa (consumo de 0,87 unidade) e o m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta de propileno na China (unidade: yuan\/tonelada)<\/p>\n<p>Se for usado o consumo unit\u00e1rio de 1,235 propano, de acordo com a compara\u00e7\u00e3o da tend\u00eancia de pre\u00e7o do propano importado e do propano nacional, calcula-se que o m\u00e9todo de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno tenha uma certa vantagem de custo no passado, especialmente no per\u00edodo de 2009 a 2015. Entretanto, de 2016 a 2020, a vantagem de custo do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00f3bvia, mas a diferen\u00e7a entre os dois processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 grande. De 2021 a 2023, a vantagem de custo da oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno \u00e9 mais evidente. Por fim, gostaria de dizer que o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido acr\u00edlico em uma etapa com propano, do ponto de vista do fluxo do processo, tem as caracter\u00edsticas de um processo curto, e a mat\u00e9ria-prima do propano \u00e9 mais barata do que o propileno. No entanto, devido \u00e0 limita\u00e7\u00e3o da maturidade t\u00e9cnica, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 compara\u00e7\u00e3o real da planta industrial, esse resultado de compara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas para refer\u00eancia e n\u00e3o tem o valor de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de investimento. Em minha opini\u00e3o, o valor do propano continuar\u00e1 a aumentar no futuro, impulsionado n\u00e3o apenas pelo desenvolvimento do setor de PDH, mas tamb\u00e9m pela necessidade de aumentar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de fontes de energia f\u00f3ssil de baixo carbono. E o propileno \u00e9 fornecido de mais maneiras, portanto, espera-se que o valor do propileno diminua gradualmente. Com essa tend\u00eancia, espera-se que a competitividade do m\u00e9todo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o direta do propileno melhore ainda mais.
