Entretanto, at\u00e9 o momento, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 muitas ideias sobre como utilizar essa mudan\u00e7a de cor em produtos de consumo di\u00e1rio. Para investigar o mecanismo fotossens\u00edvel dos revestimentos de \u00f3xido de grafeno, preparamos revestimentos de GO com uma espessura de filme de 0,2 mm, adicionando 0,02 wt% de \u00f3xido de grafeno a uma dispers\u00e3o aquosa de poliuretano (WPU), que era amarelo-claro e parecia quase incolor. A parte do revestimento de \u00f3xido de grafeno foi coberta por um medidor de borboleta e, em seguida, irradiada com luz UV por 30 minutos, e os resultados s\u00e3o mostrados na Figura 2a. O padr\u00e3o de borboleta descoberto mudou para uma cor muito escura (quase preta). A Figura 2b mostra os resultados do estudo Raman das \u00e1reas claras e escuras da amostra. Os resultados para a amostra n\u00e3o tratada s\u00e3o rotulados como WPU\/GO e a \u00e1rea escura \u00e9 rotulada como WPU\/RGO com valores ID\/IG correspondentes de 1,00 e 0,98, respectivamente. Isso indica claramente que alguns grupos funcionais contendo oxig\u00eanio na superf\u00edcie do GO foram removidos e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o fotoqu\u00edmica do \u00f3xido de grafeno sob irradia\u00e7\u00e3o UV foi reduzida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Design e recursos de cores<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Combinando revestimentos t\u00e1teis fotossens\u00edveis com outros pigmentos, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel criar designs de cores interessantes em que a cor muda gradualmente \u00e0 luz do sol e escurece significativamente sob exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos raios UV. Para criar \u00f3timos produtos para o consumidor, o desenvolvimento de cores deve ser abordado em duas dire\u00e7\u00f5es: 1) a cor inicial antes da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos raios ultravioleta precisa ser atraente para que o consumidor tome a decis\u00e3o inicial de compra e 2) a cor final mais escura tamb\u00e9m precisa ser muito atraente para manter a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do consumidor com o produto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os pigmentos iridescentes t\u00eam um efeito muito bom de mudan\u00e7a de cor e, curiosamente, os pigmentos iridescentes t\u00eam uma apar\u00eancia de cor muito diferente em fundos claros e escuros. Al\u00e9m de seu efeito iridescente, os pigmentos iridescentes apresentam um brilho claro altamente transparente em fundos claros e um efeito escuro exclusivo (como roxo escuro, azul escuro e verde escuro) em fundos escuros. A Figura 3 mostra o efeito do revestimento em uma amostra em preto e branco, em que a mudan\u00e7a de cor devido \u00e0 cor do fundo pode ser claramente observada. O revestimento t\u00e1til fotossens\u00edvel agora pode ser usado como cor de fundo, e o revestimento dopado com GO \u00e9 essencialmente transl\u00facido. Assim, em nosso revestimento padr\u00e3o, uma camada branca \u00e9 colocada sob o revestimento dopado com \u00f3xido de grafeno. Antes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da radia\u00e7\u00e3o UV, o sistema de revestimento fotossens\u00edvel apresentar\u00e1 uma apar\u00eancia leve e iridescente e, ap\u00f3s a irradia\u00e7\u00e3o UV, a camada dopada com GO escurecer\u00e1 e, por fim, ficar\u00e1 preta. \u00c0 medida que a camada dopada com GO escurece gradualmente, a cor iridescente da camada superior se torna mais pronunciada e, por fim, atinge a cor em um fundo preto.<\/p>\n<p>A cor muda com o tempo e a intensidade dos raios UV<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica de revestimentos t\u00e1teis fotossens\u00edveis, \u00e9 importante entender as condi\u00e7\u00f5es e o momento da mudan\u00e7a de cor da cor inicial para a cor final. Portanto, investigamos os efeitos da intensidade de UV, do tempo e da temperatura na mudan\u00e7a de cor. Os resultados est\u00e3o resumidos na Tabela 1 na p\u00e1gina seguinte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As conclus\u00f5es alcan\u00e7adas s\u00e3o as seguintes: 1) a luz UV de maior intensidade reduz o tempo de mudan\u00e7a de cor; 2) a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o descont\u00ednua com aplica\u00e7\u00f5es frequentes leva mais tempo para mudar de cor do que a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua \u00e0 luz UV; 3) na aus\u00eancia de luz UV, a cor do revestimento n\u00e3o muda mesmo em temperaturas de at\u00e9 80\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que o revestimento foi aplicado pela primeira vez em cal\u00e7ados esportivos e levando em conta os h\u00e1bitos normais dos consumidores que usam t\u00eanis de corrida, pode levar cerca de 100 dias para que o revestimento dos cal\u00e7ados esportivos mude totalmente de cor. Obviamente, o tempo para completar a mudan\u00e7a de cor depende muito da zona clim\u00e1tica, do tempo de uso e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas locais, mas o estudo encontrou uma faixa interessante de mudan\u00e7a de cor em cal\u00e7ados esportivos para uso externo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cal\u00e7ados esportivos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os revestimentos t\u00e1teis fotossens\u00edveis n\u00e3o apenas permitem mudan\u00e7as de cor gradiente em cal\u00e7ados esportivos, mas tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados para personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o pontual, e os cal\u00e7ados com revestimentos fotossens\u00edveis podem ser produzidos em massa com efici\u00eancia. As marcas e os varejistas podem instalar cortadores digitais e caixas de luz UV em suas lojas. Os cortadores digitais podem cortar rapidamente qualquer formato de papel de m\u00e1scara e personalizar os designs dos clientes.
