Os fotoiniciadores do tipo clivagem comumente usados s\u00e3o, em sua maioria, aril-alquil-cetonas do ponto de vista estrutural; os tipos comuns s\u00e3o 184, 2959, 651, 907, 369, 1173, 819, TPO, MBF, 754, etc. Os fotoiniciadores de captura de hidrog\u00eanio comumente usados s\u00e3o, em sua maioria, benzofenonas ou cetonas arom\u00e1ticas heteroc\u00edclicas do ponto de vista estrutural, com graus comuns como BP, ITX e 2-EA. Os co-iniciadores comuns s\u00e3o principalmente aminas reativas e benzoatos de amina terci\u00e1ria. Este artigo combinar\u00e1 o desempenho dos fotoiniciadores e os casos de uso para explicar brevemente a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotoiniciadores na formula\u00e7\u00e3o de revestimentos de cura por luz (UV).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primeiro<\/strong>O princ\u00edpio de correspond\u00eancia entre o espectro de absor\u00e7\u00e3o do fotoiniciador e o espectro de emiss\u00e3o da fonte de luz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As fontes de luz dispon\u00edveis comercialmente s\u00e3o l\u00e2mpadas de merc\u00fario, l\u00e2mpadas de LED, l\u00e2mpadas de indu\u00e7\u00e3o e l\u00e2mpadas de haleto met\u00e1lico. Na sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotoiniciadores, de acordo com o espectro de emiss\u00e3o da fonte de luz, escolha uma absor\u00e7\u00e3o maior do espectro de iniciadores.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s2.d2scdn.com\/u\/canghong\/2021\/10\/29\/Fur15pAc0aIuWvjJZCdKRVkKiMNY.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exemplos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Nas formula\u00e7\u00f5es de esmaltes, os tubos de l\u00e2mpadas comuns para unhas s\u00e3o l\u00e2mpadas fluorescentes e l\u00e2mpadas de LED. As l\u00e2mpadas fluorescentes t\u00eam um espectro de emiss\u00e3o de 370-420nm e as l\u00e2mpadas de LED t\u00eam um espectro de emiss\u00e3o de cerca de 365nm\/395nm. Os espectros de emiss\u00e3o de ambas as l\u00e2mpadas pertencem \u00e0 regi\u00e3o de comprimento de onda longo e exigem a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de iniciadores que absorvam a luz em comprimentos de onda mais longos. Como a Tabela 1 mostra os picos de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios fotoiniciadores comuns, se voc\u00ea precisar obter o efeito de inicia\u00e7\u00e3o desejado, dever\u00e1 escolher um fotoiniciador com um pico de absor\u00e7\u00e3o acima de 365 nm, como TPO, 819, etc. No teste real, o efeito de cura de todos os fotoiniciadores TPO e 819 \u00e9 bom, e o efeito previsto \u00e9 consistente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segundo<\/strong>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotoiniciadores de cura profunda para sistemas coloridos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No sistema colorido, especialmente no sistema escuro, o pr\u00f3prio pigmento absorver\u00e1 parte da energia UV, fazendo com que a luz UV n\u00e3o consiga penetrar no filme de tinta, a camada profunda do fotoiniciador n\u00e3o consiga absorver energia suficiente para desencadear a polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o e, por fim, cause uma cura profunda deficiente. No processo de fotopolimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o, quanto maior for o comprimento de onda da luz ultravioleta, mais forte ser\u00e1 sua penetra\u00e7\u00e3o e mais f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 atingir as camadas mais profundas do filme, enquanto as ondas curtas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de atingir as camadas mais profundas do filme. Isso dificulta o in\u00edcio da polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o ou da cura incompleta nas camadas mais profundas do filme de tinta se n\u00e3o houver um fotoiniciador de ondas longas para absorver a energia das ondas longas. Em sistemas coloridos, portanto, a escolha de um fotoiniciador profundo \u00e9 essencial. Al\u00e9m da sele\u00e7\u00e3o de uma boa resist\u00eancia ao amarelamento da resina, o mon\u00f4mero e os fotoiniciadores tamb\u00e9m precisam prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos problemas de amarelamento. A presen\u00e7a de um substituinte na estrutura conjugada do fotoiniciador, como a N-dimetilamina, resultar\u00e1 em uma tend\u00eancia maior de amarelamento por irradia\u00e7\u00e3o; da mesma forma, a presen\u00e7a de um substituinte na estrutura da amina ativa tamb\u00e9m levar\u00e1 a um aumento do amarelamento.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s2.d2scdn.com\/u\/canghong\/2021\/10\/29\/FsfOa5r-gsjsUtBRsL7-iCQE8wU3.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A Tabela 2, \u00e0 esquerda, mostra a compara\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice de amarelamento de v\u00e1rias formula\u00e7\u00f5es de fotoiniciadores ap\u00f3s a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o com propoxido de triacrilato de pentaeritritol como corpo principal e nenhum fotoiniciador como refer\u00eancia em branco. Como pode ser visto na tabela, 184, 1173, 754 e MBF s\u00e3o fotoiniciadores que amarelam menos, para a principal op\u00e7\u00e3o de formula\u00e7\u00f5es de verniz e sistema branco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quarto<\/strong>O desempenho da solubilidade no diluente ativo e no olig\u00f4mero.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s2.d2scdn.com\/u\/canghong\/2021\/10\/29\/Foavya1N01Bu8X7bUyNL3Nyc9Har.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A boa solubilidade \u00e9 um pr\u00e9-requisito importante para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotoiniciadores na formula\u00e7\u00e3o; quanto melhor for a compatibilidade, mais est\u00e1vel ser\u00e1 o sistema de formula\u00e7\u00e3o. A figura \u00e0 esquerda mostra a solubilidade de alguns fotoiniciadores em solventes e mon\u00f4meros comuns.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quinto<\/strong>a escolha do fotoiniciador UV-LED.<\/p>\n<p>A fonte de luz UV-LED \u00e9 um equipamento de cura que vem crescendo rapidamente nos \u00faltimos anos, pois economiza energia e n\u00e3o agride o meio ambiente, n\u00e3o danifica o substrato e \u00e9 muito popular, portanto, na cura UV-LED, a escolha dos fotoiniciadores tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 recebendo cada vez mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao uso. As formula\u00e7\u00f5es de cura por UV-LED na sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotoiniciadores tamb\u00e9m devem ser combinadas com os princ\u00edpios mencionados acima, em primeiro lugar, para selecionar o pico de absor\u00e7\u00e3o e o espectro de emiss\u00e3o da fonte de luz correspondente ao fotoiniciador.<\/p>\n<p>O espectro de emiss\u00e3o da fonte de luz UV-LED entre 360-405nm, em 365nm, 375nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm na intensidade mais alta, pertence \u00e0 regi\u00e3o de ondas longas, e deve dar prioridade ao uso de fotoiniciadores de ondas longas. Por meio de testes adicionais, v\u00e1rios fotoiniciadores com as maiores taxas de absor\u00e7\u00e3o foram encontrados a 365 nm, 385 nm e 395 nm, respectivamente.
