Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es secas, o Tinuvin 770 tem alta estabilidade e bom desempenho para pol\u00edmeros resistentes \u00e0 degrada\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o da luz solar direta e de condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1cidas.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4637\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No entanto, nem todos os produtos podem ser consumidos em tempo h\u00e1bil, o que produzir\u00e1 uma s\u00e9rie de Tinuvin 770 vencidos. Para a economia econ\u00f4mica das ind\u00fastrias petroqu\u00edmicas e para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente, uma pesquisa presta aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao exame das possibilidades de uso do Tinuvin 770 vencido. Se ele ainda for eficaz para pol\u00edmeros, poder\u00e1 substituir os m\u00e9todos existentes de uso de materiais vencidos que despejam dezenas de produtos qu\u00edmicos t\u00f3xicos no meio ambiente. Vamos ler o estudo juntos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4636\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Os pesquisadores desse estudo usaram o Tinuvin 770 expirado e n\u00e3o expirado (tamb\u00e9m chamado de amostra padr\u00e3o) produzido em uma mesma f\u00e1brica. Eles testaram o DSC das amostras padr\u00e3o e vencidas no in\u00edcio, para verificar se os pontos de fus\u00e3o das duas amostras seriam diferentes. As curvas das Figuras 1 e 2 s\u00e3o curvas DSC que refletem a perda de peso das amostras em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento. A fus\u00e3o das amostras causar\u00e1 um pico na curva. Na MSDS fornecida pelo fabricante, a empresa indica que o Tinuvin 770 tem um ponto de fus\u00e3o entre 81 e 86 \u00b0C. As pesquisas mostram que a amostra padr\u00e3o tem uma temperatura de fus\u00e3o de 85,92 \u00b0C, e a amostra expirada se funde abaixo de 85,54 \u00b0C. Na Figura 3, podemos ver o espectro FT-IR da amostra padr\u00e3o. Como todos sabemos, o grupo carbonila tem absor\u00e7\u00e3o de IR em uma faixa de 1660-1850 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>o espectro tem um pico correspondente a 1721 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;ilustrando a exist\u00eancia do grupo de carbono na amostra padr\u00e3o. E a liga\u00e7\u00e3o N-H tem uma absor\u00e7\u00e3o de tra\u00e7\u00e3o, absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o e absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o fora da folha, respectivamente, localizada entre 3300 e 3500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>, 1500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;e 800 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>. Todos os picos pertencentes ao modo de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o da liga\u00e7\u00e3o N-H foram observados no espectro a 3323 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>, 3423 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>, 1500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;e 793 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>. A amostra vencida tamb\u00e9m mostra picos de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de IV correspondentes no espectro de FT-IR a 1721 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;para o grupo carbonila. O pico corresponde \u00e0 absor\u00e7\u00e3o de tra\u00e7\u00e3o N-H como dois picos amplos na faixa de 3300-3500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;significa 3323 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;e 3423 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;e a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o N-H em 1500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;\u00e9 observado como um pico fraco. A absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o de N-H fora da folha perto de 800 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>, significa 793 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;\u00e9 observado. Al\u00e9m disso, o pico de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o do grupo metileno (CH<sub>3<\/sub>) a 1378 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;e o pico de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o do grupo metil (CH<sub>2<\/sub>) em cadeia longa a 739 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>&nbsp;apareceu.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4639\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ao comparar os resultados dos espectros de FT-IR obtidos para a amostra expirada de Tinuvin 770 e a amostra padr\u00e3o de Tinuvin 770, concluiu-se que ambos os espectros est\u00e3o relacionados a um composto, e esse resultado indica que a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o e as altera\u00e7\u00f5es devido \u00e0 expira\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ocorreram nessa amostra. Os pesquisadores testaram os espectros UV-VIS (vis\u00edvel - ultravioleta) da amostra padr\u00e3o e da amostra expirada e os compararam imediatamente. O espectro UV-VIS \u00e9 registrado em uma forma de absor\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao comprimento de onda (nm). Entre 800 nm e 200 nm, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 absor\u00e7\u00e3o ultravioleta devido aos experimentos que usam metanol como solvente. A faixa de comprimento de onda de teste \u00e9 de 205 nm at\u00e9 o momento, o que \u00e9 chamado de ponto de corte de absor\u00e7\u00e3o. Portanto, a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de UV da amostra usada est\u00e1 relacionada a esses picos observados no espectro obtido. Os espectros de UV da amostra padr\u00e3o s\u00e3o mostrados na Figura 5. H\u00e1 grupos crom\u00f3foros de carbonila (C=O) na estrutura da tinuvina 770. Os grupos carbonila em compostos insaturados contendo \u00e1tomos como oxig\u00eanio e nitrog\u00eanio t\u00eam transfer\u00eancias de <em>n <\/em>\u2192 <em>\u03c0<\/em>\u2217 dentro de 280-290 nm, porque muitas dessas transi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o proibidas, resultando na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da intensidade do pico. A amostra padr\u00e3o de tinuvina 770 mostra absor\u00e7\u00e3o fraca na \u00e1rea de 280-290 nm e sua adsor\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a a aumentar em 270 nm e atinge seu m\u00e1ximo em 250 nm. O espectro de UV da amostra expirada de Tinuvin 770 \u00e9 mostrado na Figura 6.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4640\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O pico correspondente do grupo crom\u00f3foro de carbonila (C=O) da amostra expirada Tinuvin 770, como a amostra padr\u00e3o, nas \u00e1reas de 280 a 290 nm foi fraco e come\u00e7ou a aumentar a partir de 270 nm. O pico mais alto est\u00e1 localizado em 250 nm. O tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 igual a 5,4 minutos, de acordo com o cromatograma, que \u00e9 o intervalo de tempo entre a inje\u00e7\u00e3o e a obten\u00e7\u00e3o do pico m\u00e1ximo. Para identificar os picos do material, o tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um par\u00e2metro importante. E o HPLC-UV pode ser usado para o c\u00e1lculo quantitativo das identifica\u00e7\u00f5es, contando a \u00e1rea sob cada pico. A \u00e1rea determinada pelos integradores dos sistemas de estabilidade sob cada pico, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamada de bandas de absor\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 proporcional \u00e0 quantidade do ingrediente no sistema estudado. Os tempos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra padr\u00e3o e do Tinuvin 770 expirado s\u00e3o de 5,4 minutos, o que ilustra que a amostra expirada n\u00e3o apresenta degrada\u00e7\u00e3o. Na Figura 7, as curvas s\u00e3o as quantidades de \u00e1rea de pico obtidas em quatro inje\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas da amostra padr\u00e3o e da amostra expirada. H\u00e1 uma pequena diferen\u00e7a entre as duas curvas, o que pode ser devido a uma mudan\u00e7a de umidade ou a um grande n\u00famero de amostras. As amostras ser\u00e3o dissolvidas na fase l\u00edquida e uma pequena quantidade ser\u00e1 adicionada \u00e0 c\u00e2mara de vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o para formar uma fase gasosa. A cromatografia gasosa usa uma coluna capilar fixa com fase estacion\u00e1ria l\u00edquida adsorvida em uma superf\u00edcie s\u00f3lida inerte, para separar diferentes conte\u00fados na fase gasosa. E o espectr\u00f4metro de massa testar\u00e1 esses diferentes conte\u00fados para identific\u00e1-los. Assim como o cromatograma de HPLC-UV, o cromatograma de GC-MS tamb\u00e9m pode obter a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o dos compostos estudados contando a \u00e1rea sob diferentes picos e determinar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o comparando o tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o.
