Its page supports low surface tension, substrate wetting, resin miscibility, no foam generation in waterborne systems and no intended increase in slip or loss of recoatability. Those are formulation-screening facts, not a guarantee of adhesion or conversion performance.<\/p>\n<p>Start at the low end of the published 0.2\u20133.0% total-formulation range. Hold viscosity, anilox or plate, press speed, drying energy and coat weight constant. Measure density, dot\/line quality, pinholes, foam, adhesion, rub and set-off. Do not increase dose merely to maximize spread; excessive surface activity may change intercoat or seam behavior.<\/p>\n<h2>Use 3062 for measured process foam<\/h2>\n<p>3062 is supported for printing inks at 0.1\u20130.5% of total formulation and is 100% active. The page identifies waterborne, solvent and UV suitability and warns that solvent dilution requires stability and defoaming-performance testing first. Record whether foam originates in grinding, pumping, chamber circulation, doctoring or high-speed transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Measure foam height or density at defined times and compare printed pinholes at equal ink delivery. A lower beaker-foam number is insufficient if print density, gloss, lamination, varnish or seal performance changes. Use one addition point and shear history in both lab and press trials.<\/p>\n<h2>Keep 3501 behind a compliance and method gate<\/h2>\n<p>3501 may be relevant to an anti-sticking or release problem, but the public page provides neither a recommended dosage nor a quantified block\/rub protocol. Request a current TDS, intended dose, ink-system compatibility, relevant compositional documentation and a proposed test method. Until those are supplied, it should not enter the first paper-cup shortlist.<\/p>\n<p>First exclude incomplete drying, excessive ink\/varnish weight, warm rewinding, high stack pressure and wrong storage humidity.
