Usage:
1. Chemical Properties This product is orange-red transparent liquid. Relative density 1.19～1.22, good thermal stability, still has good scale inhibition performance under 300℃ high temperature. It does not volatilize with water vapor and does not pollute the vapor. It can be used in oil field water pipeline, steam locomotive boiler, medium and low pressure boiler, seawater desalination, circulating cooling water, as scale inhibitor and dispersant.
2. Polymaleic acid can also be used as textile cleaning agent. General dosage 2×10-6～10-5.
3. Polymaleic acid is used as scale and corrosion inhibitor in the treatment of steam locomotive, industrial boiler water and cold water, oilfield water injection.
4. Polymaleic acid is a highly efficient scale inhibitor, mainly used in low-pressure boilers, industrial circulating cooling water system, oilfield pipeline, crude oil dehydration and other uses of this product chemical stability and high temperature resistance, PH value of 8.3 when there is also a significant solubility limitation effect, and can be chelated with the water calcium, magnesium, etc. ions and the ability of lattice distortion can improve the mobility of the sludge. It is especially suitable for scale inhibition of boiler water and other high temperature water systems.
5. Polymaleic acid can be used as sediment inhibitor and scale inhibitor in oil field water pipeline, circulating cooling water system and flash desalination etc. It can also be used as alkaline industrial cleaner.
