Triethylenediamine Usage

1. This product is an organic synthesis intermediate, synthetic light stable material, widely used in polyurethane foam, elastomer and plastic products and molding processes. It is also a polymer initiator, and can be used as a catalyst for ethylene polymerization and ethylene oxide polymerization, and its derivatives can be used as corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, etc.

Polyurethane insulation materials in use should pay attention to seven aspects

For this reason, polyurethane insulation materials in use, please pay attention to the following aspects:

1, strict control of the construction environment temperature. Polyurethane foaming reaction of the most adaptable temperature of 20-25 ℃, if will not be able to change the ambient temperature, please promptly tell us the ambient temperature you are in.

2、Strictly control the proportion of black and white material. Ordinary material ratio is 1:1.

3, polyurethane insulation material in the black and white material mixed as evenly as possible. It is recommended that the mixing process using a speed greater than 1200 rpm motor and spraying machine to achieve a certain pressure (artificial mixing caused by uneven mixing, which leads to the phenomenon of large bubbles, foam crisp, low issuance rate, etc.).

5、Flame retardant performance. The meaning of flame retardant is self-extinguishing from fire, not non-combustible.B2 grade flame retardant polyurethane foam oxygen index reaches 26, B1 grade flame retardant polyurethane foam oxygen index reaches 32.

6. Reaction performance.
