TEDA(A33) Application scenarios

1. Polyurethane Foam Production:

Used as a gelling and foaming catalyst in the molding of flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid polyurethane foams (such as furniture sponges, refrigerator insulation layers, building insulation panels, spray foams, etc.) and microporous elastomers. It exhibits strong catalytic effects on both gelling and foaming reactions in one-step foaming processes, particularly facilitating the formation of urethane bonds.

2. Polyurethane Elastomers and Coatings:

Used in the production of polyurethane elastomers (such as shoe sole materials) and coatings, promoting raw material reactions and improving product performance and processing efficiency.

3. Epoxy Resin Curing:

Used as an epoxy resin curing accelerator, accelerating the crosslinking and curing of epoxy resin systems, suitable for composite materials, adhesives, and other fields.

4. Polymerization Reaction Catalysis:

Can be used as a polymerization catalyst for monomers such as ethylene, acrylonitrile, and ethylene oxide, assisting in the synthesis of related polymer materials.

5. Organic Synthesis Intermediate:

Used in the preparation of light-stabilizing materials, polymer initiators, etc. It can also act as an organic base catalyst for base-catalyzed reactions such as the etherification of halogenated hydrocarbons with alcohols and the formation of sulfonates from sulfonyl chlorides and alcohols. It can also catalyze the Baylis-Hillman reaction, used in the preparation of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, etc.

6. Pesticide Synthesis:

Used as an initiator in pesticide synthesis, for example, in the production of hexahydropyridine and other pesticides.

7. Cyanide-Free Electroplating:
