Tinuvin 770 Usage
1. Tinuvin 770 is a highly effective radical scavenger that protects organic polymers against degradation caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
2. Tinuvin 770 is widely used in a variety of applications including polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethanes, SAN, ASA, polyamides and polyacetals, high density polyethylene, polyurethane, polystyrene, ABS resin, etc.
3. Tinuvin 770 is high effectiveness as a light stabilizer makes it well suitable for applications in both thick section and films, independent of the thickness of the articles. Combined with other HALS products, Light Stabilizer 770 displays strong synergistic effects.
4. Tinuvin 770 light stability effect is better than the commonly used light stabilizer. When used in combination with an antioxidant, it can improve heat resistance, and synergistic effect with the ultraviolet light absorber can further improve the light stabilizing effect.
The amount of light stabilizer Tinuvin 770 added:
The addition amount ranges between 0.1% and 0.5%, and the specific addition amount is determined according to customer application tests.
