Toepassing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Polyfosforzuur (PPA) is een veelgebruikte chemische modificator van asfalt. Gemengd met asfalt vormt het stabiele chemische bindingen, verbetert het de interfaciale compatibiliteit en modificatie-effecten en heeft het de afgelopen jaren veel aandacht gekregen.<\/p>\n

2. Polyfosforzuur (PPA) ondergaat twee chemische reacties tijdens het modificatieproces: neutralisatie en verestering. Vergeleken met andere modificatoren heeft polyfosforzuur uitstekende modificatie-effecten op asfalt, zoals het verbeteren van de weerstand tegen waterschade en spoorvorming, het verbeteren van de prestaties bij hoge temperaturen en het verminderen van de temperatuurgevoeligheid.<\/p>\n

3. Daarnaast heeft onderzoek aangetoond dat het polyfosforzuur en sommige polymeer mengen, niet alleen hetzelfde effect kan bereiken met het gebruik van polymeer-gemodificeerd asfalt alleen, maar ook met goedkope polyfosforzuur modificator in plaats van een aantal van de dure polymeer modificatoren, verminderen de kosten van gemodificeerd asfalt.<\/p>\n

4. Polyfosforzuur kan ook worden gebruikt in organische synthese als een waterverlies agent, cyclisatie agent, acylerende agent, is de condensatie, cyclisatie, herschikking, substitutie en andere reacties van de katalysator of oplosmiddel.<\/p>\n

5. Soms met polyfosforzuur ester (PPE) klasse om de oplosbaarheid van polyfosforzuur in organische oplosmiddelen, naast polyfosforzuur wordt ook gebruikt als orthofosforzuur vervangers en analytische reagentia.<\/p>\n

6. Het wordt gebruikt als katalysator voor polymerisatie, alkylatie, dehydratie en isomerisatie in de chemische en petrochemische industrie en heeft een breed scala aan toepassingen, vooral in farmaceutische producten, organische pigmenten en petrochemische katalysatoren. Het kan ook worden gebruikt bij de synthese van farmaceutische producten zoals fluormethaquine en ketotifen.<\/p>\n
