\nCHLUMIAO\u00aeDSTDP is een soort thioester hulpantioxidant met uitstekende prestaties. De antioxiderende werking is groter dan die van CHLUMIAO\u00aeDLTDP, de vluchtigheid is laag, er treedt weinig thermisch verlies op, het product vervuilt niet en verkleurt niet. Het heeft een synergetisch effect wanneer het samen met de belangrijkste antioxidanten CHLUMIAO\u00ae 1010 en CHLUMIAO\u00ae 1076, CHLUMIAO\u00ae CA, enz. wordt gebruikt. Veroudering is een veel voorkomend proces in de natuur, het meest voorkomend om ons heen is het leven vanaf de geboorte, de groei, het verouderingsproces.<\/p>\n

Corrosie van metalen materialen is ook een soort veroudering, van glanzende voorwerpen tot roest, tot het verlies van waarde.
\nHetzelfde geldt voor polymeren. Tijdens de verwerking en het gebruik ondergaan de chemische samenstelling en structuur van polymeren door de gecombineerde effecten van warmte, zuurstof, water, licht, micro-organismen, chemische media en andere omgevingsfactoren een reeks veranderingen en verslechteren hun fysieke eigenschappen dienovereenkomstig, zoals verharding, kleven, broosheid, verkleuring, sterkteverlies enzovoort, wat bekend staat als veroudering.<\/p>\n

Waarom verouderen polymeren?
\nPolymeren vormen moleculen in aangeslagen toestand in de aanwezigheid van warmte of licht. Als de energie hoog genoeg is, breken de molecuulketens en vormen vrije radicalen, die binnen het polymeer kettingreacties kunnen veroorzaken die de afbraak in gang zetten en ook tot verknoping kunnen leiden. Als er zuurstof of ozon aanwezig is in de omgeving, wordt er ook een reeks oxidatiereacties ge\u00efnduceerd die resulteren in de vorming van hydroperoxiden (ROOH), die verder ontleden in carbonylgroepen.
\nAls er restmetaalionen van de katalysator in het polymeer aanwezig zijn of als metaalionen zoals koper, ijzer, mangaan, kobalt enz. tijdens de verwerking of het gebruik worden toegevoegd, zal de oxidatieve afbraakreactie van het polymeer versneld worden. Polymeren beschermen tegen veroudering.<\/p>\n
