Nucleating agent P-23 is een samengesteld nucleating agent dat de kristallisatie van polymeren versnelt. Het is geschikt voor polyester (PET, PBT) en ook voor nylon (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, copolymeer PA). Wanneer P-23 wordt toegevoegd aan de polymeermelt, wordt het gemakkelijk gedispergeerd in zeer fijne deeltjes, die vervolgens een zeer effectieve nucleatie rol spelen en een fijne kristalstructuur vormen.<\/p>\n

CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae P-23 Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het heeft de volgende voordelen bij het spuitgieten:<\/p>\n

Kortere vormcyclus en hogere productiviteit.<\/p>\n

Het ontvouwen verbeteren.<\/p>\n

De maatvastheid van producten verbeteren.<\/p>\n

Verminder krimp van producten.<\/p>\n

Voorkomen van spanningsscheuren in producten.<\/p>\n

Mechanische eigenschappen verbeteren (treksterkte en hardheid verhogen).<\/p>\n

Verbeter de glans van het oppervlak.<\/p>\n

Deze verbeterde eigenschappen zijn niet alleen aanwezig in onversterkte materialen, maar zijn ook effectief in versterkte materialen en zijn bijzonder geschikt voor met glasvezels versterkte materialen. De reden voor deze effecten is het vermogen om een meer gedetailleerde en uniforme kristalstructuur te vormen in de nylon matrix in vergelijking met glasvezels.<\/p>\n

Gebruik:<\/p>\n

De optimale toevoeging van nucleator P-23 is ongeveer 0,2-0,5%, afhankelijk van het type polymeer en de eigenschappen die men met het eindproduct wil bereiken. Het kan direct worden toegevoegd of als masterbatch worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n

Verpakking:<\/p>\n

Het product is verpakt in papieren zakken met een nettogewicht van 25 kg per zak.<\/p>\n
