360 Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Dit product heeft ook een zeer lage vluchtigheid, kan worden gebruikt met andere lichte stabilisatoren of antioxidanten, met name geschikt voor verwerking, veroudering binnen de hoge temperatuur omgeving, het kan worden gegoten als een poeder, oplossing of smelt extrusie, kan voorkomen dat kristallijne kwel en sublimatie, is het geschikt voor het gieten, dunne laag constructie van vezels, papier en behang, enz.Dit product is geschikt voor acrylaat, polyester, polycarbonaat, polyformaldehyde, polyamide, polyolefine, styreenpolymeren, elastomeren, kleefstoffen, enz.<\/p>\n

2. UV-360 is een benzotriazool-type UV-absorber die 300-400nm UV-licht kan absorberen, met een piekabsorptie van 353nm. Het heeft een hoge temperatuurbestendigheid, extractiebestendigheid, lage vluchtigheid, lage migratie, goede thermische stabiliteit, hoge absorptie-effici\u00ebntie en antioxiderende eigenschappen, enz. Het is geschikt voor acrylhars, polycarbonaat, polystyreen, polyfenyleensulfide, polyfenyleenether, polyamide, polyformaldehyde, styreencopolymeer. Het is vooral geschikt voor verwerkingsomstandigheden bij hoge temperaturen waar hoge additiefgehaltes, hoge compatibiliteit, hoge UV-belasting, lage vluchtigheid en lage migratie vereist zijn om een hoge UV-belasting te bereiken en tegelijkertijd sublimatie bij de uitgang te verminderen en afzetting op vormstukken en koelrollen te voorkomen. Bijzonder geschikt voor bilayers, kleeflagen, lamineren of co-extruderen van lagen, directe bilayer extrusie van vlokken zonder het gebruik van een derde laag, het vermijden van hoge temperatuur bloeding en oppervlakte kristallisatie, het voorkomen van sublimatie en hoge UV-belasting depositie. Typische dosering is 0,1-0,5%.<\/p>\n

3. Geschikt voor: verwerking waarbij een hoge UV-belasting, lage vluchtigheid en goede compatibiliteitsvoorwaarden vereist zijn. Het doel is om een uitstekende UV-afscherming te bereiken, sublimatie tijdens het ontluchten te verminderen en tegelijkertijd afzettingen op matrijzen, koelrollen en kalibrators te voorkomen. Het is in staat om bloeden of kristallisatie aan de buitenkant van het onderdeel te voorkomen tijdens verwerking of hoge gebruikstemperaturen. Deze eigenschappen zijn bijzonder geschikt voor gebruik op gelamineerde filmonderdelen, vezels, vlokken, dubbele vlokken, lijmlagen en gelamineerde of geco\u00ebxtrudeerde halffabricaten.<\/p>\n
