UV-3638 Gebruik<\/h2>\n

1. UV-3638 is een effici\u00ebnte UV-absorbeerder: het heeft een zeer brede UV-absorptie, weerstand tegen verwerking bij hoge temperaturen, weerstand tegen hoge druk, weerstand tegen zuren en alkali\u00ebn, geen ontleding, geen neerslag, geen migratie, geen geurverandering. Zeer lage vluchtigheid, sterke absorptie effici\u00ebntie, meerdere malen die van gewone UV-absorptie, geen effect op de kleur van het substraat, goede compatibiliteit met de hars, niet betrokken bij het polymerisatieproces reactie. Vooral voor huisdieren en pc's heeft het een uitstekende stabiliteit. Voornamelijk gebruikt in petvezels; petfilms; petflesplakken, om de inhoud van petflessen te beschermen tegen UV-schade. pc-geco\u00ebxtrudeerde zonlichtpanelen.<\/p>\n

2. UV-absorber UV-3638 is een benzoxazinone UV-absorber die 200-400 nm UV-licht kan absorberen. Het absorptiebereik bestrijkt UVA, UVB en UVC met een piekabsorptie van 350 nm. De absorptie-effici\u00ebntie is een veelvoud van die van veelgebruikte UV-absorbers, met een warmteverliestemperatuur tot 371 graden Celsius. Het heeft een hoge temperatuurbestendigheid, extractiebestendigheid, lage vluchtigheid, lage migratie, breed absorptiebereik en hoge absorptie-effici\u00ebntie, en vertraagt kleurvergeling en blokkeert fysisch verlies. Het is geschikt voor PET, PBT, PAR, PES, PSU, PPO, PPS, PC, PA onder verwerking bij hoge temperatuur, vooral voor transparante PET-film, -blad en -plaat, transparante PC-film, -blad en -plaat, optische film, optische lens, lichtdiffusieplaat. De algemene dosering is 0,1-0,5%.<\/p>\n
