Nucleatiemiddel 3988 Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hoofdzakelijk geschikt voor homopolymeer en willekeurige copolymeer polypropyleenproducten en LLDPE-film, kan direct worden gemengd met hars en kan ook worden gebruikt voor injectie- en extrusievormen.<\/p>\n

Aanbevolen dosering<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het wordt aanbevolen om 0,2%-0,3% van 3988 toe te voegen om de beste prestaties te verkrijgen, het specifieke bedrag van de toevoeging volgens de werkelijke behoeften van discretie.<\/p>\n

Mengen en verspreiden<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het wordt aanbevolen om 3988 transparante agent en polypropyleenpoeder\/-korrel op hoge snelheid te mengen en dan over te brengen naar extruderfeeder voor extrusiepelletiseren. Een kleine hoeveelheid witte minerale olie kan worden toegevoegd om de dispersie van de transparante agent te bevorderen. Voorkom ongelijkmatige dispersie van het materiaal. Transparantiemiddel 3988 kan ook worden bereid als een masterbatch met hoge concentratie en vervolgens proportioneel worden verdund tot de verwachte hoeveelheid van de masterbatch met hoge concentratie.<\/p>\n

Extruderen Pelletiseren<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Voor een goede dispersie ter verbetering van de permeabiliteit van 3988 wordt een extruder met twee schroeven of een extruder met \u00e9\u00e9n schroef met hoge mengcapaciteit aanbevolen. Een extrusietemperatuur van meer dan 230 \u00b0C wordt aanbevolen.<\/p>\n
