CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae BDP Toepassing:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. BDP, een oligomere fosfaatester vlamvertrager, is ontworpen voor gebruik in technische harstoepassingen zoals polyfenyleenoxidelegeringen en PC\/ABS. Door zijn lage vluchtigheid en hoge hittestabiliteit kan deze fosforhoudende vlamvertrager hoge verwerkingstemperaturen verdragen die vereist zijn voor veel technische harsen.<\/p>\n

2. Verwerkingskenmerken in een aantal thermoplasten, waaronder ABS en HIPS, die een hoge vloei in dunwandige vormstukken en andere hoogwaardige toepassingen ten goede komen.<\/p>\n

3. BDP wordt gebruikt in hoeveelheden van 8 tot 15 phr om vlamvertraging te geven aan een verscheidenheid van harsen. Wanneer BDP gebruikt wordt als een verwerkingshulpmiddel, wordt 1 tot 3 phr toegevoegd aan thermoplasten om de smeltstroom te verbeteren.<\/p>\n

4. Lcflare\u00ae BDP is een halogeenvrije organofosfor vlamvertrager. Het heeft de voordelen van groot relatief moleculair gewicht, hoge thermische stabiliteit en lage vluchtigheid. Het is geschikt voor vlamvertragende ABS, EP, HIPS, SBS, PC, PPO en andere kleefstoffen.<\/p>\n

5. BDP is een halogeenvrije vlamvertrager die behoort tot de oligomere fosfaatesters. Het is gebaseerd op bisfenol A en bisfosfonaten als monomeren.<\/p>\n

BDP is vooral geschikt voor technische harslegeringen, waaronder PC\/ABS en PPO-PPE\/HIPS voor elektrische en elektronische accessoires. Volgens de brandveiligheidsnormen wordt BDP meestal gebruikt in een hoeveelheid van ongeveer 8 tot 18 phr. Daarentegen heeft BDP geen synergist nodig (meestal antimoonoxide), dus het heeft een goed cyclusvermogen. Daarnaast heeft het ook een goede lage vluchtigheid en thermische stabiliteit in het productieproces van de meeste thermoplastische harsen. Dunwandige mallen kunnen geproduceerd worden dankzij de duidelijke vloeibaarheid van BDP. Tot slot is de hydrolyseweerstand superieur in vergelijking met andere vlamvertragers.<\/p>\n
