Wat is soja-extract?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het werd ge\u00ebxtraheerd uit de kiemen van Soja (Glycine max.) eenjarige kruiden van het geslacht Leguminosae, met donkergrijs tot gebroken wit poeder, speciale geur en lichte smaak. Soja-isoflavonen zijn een soort secundaire metabolieten die gevormd worden tijdens de groei van soja. Ze komen voornamelijk voor in de zaadlobben en hypocotylen van sojazaden. De isoflavonen van soja omvatten geniste\u00efne, daidze\u00efne en daidze\u00efne. Natuurlijke soja-isoflavonen zijn voornamelijk samengesteld uit soja-isoflavonen \u03b2- In de vorm van glucoside kan soja-isoflavon worden gehydrolyseerd tot vrij isoflavon onder invloed van verschillende isoflavonglucosidasen.
