Polyethyleenimine, vertakt Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Als natte sterkteagent voor ongesorteerd ademend papier, kunnen de retentiehulpmiddelen en de kloppers in papierfabricageproces het slaan van graad van pulp verminderen. 2. Verbeter document dehydratiecapaciteit. De papierdroogheid wordt verhoogd met 1%-4%. De productiecapaciteit wordt verhoogd met 5%-20%.<\/p>\n

2. Sterk adsorbeerbare en adsorbeerbare aminogroepen reageren met carboxylgroepen om waterstofbruggen te vormen. Aminogroepen reageren met carboxylgroepen om ionische bindingen te vormen. Aminogroepen reageren met carbonylgroepen om covalente bindingen te vormen. Polyethyleenimine kan zich binden aan verschillende stoffen vanwege de polaire groep (amino) en hydrofobe groep (vinyl) structuur. Deze uitgebreide bindingen kunnen op grote schaal worden gebruikt op de volgende gebieden: inkten, coatings, bindmiddelen enzovoort.<\/p>\n

3. Hoog kationisch polyethyleenimine bestaat in water als een polymeer kation, dat alle anionische stoffen kan neutraliseren en absorberen en zware metaalionen kan chelaten. Met zijn hoge kationische eigenschap kan het worden gebruikt op het gebied van waterbehandeling voor papierfabricage, galvaniseeroplossing en dispergeermiddel.<\/p>\n

4. Reactief polyethyleenimine kan gemakkelijk reageren met epoxy, zuur, isocyanaatverbindingen en zure gassen door de sterke reactiviteit van primair amine en secundair amine. Deze eigenschap kan worden gebruikt als epoxyharsreagens, aldehydeadsorbens en kleurstoffixeermiddel.<\/p>\n
