Wat is NMM?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

NMM, Andere naam is N-methylmorfoline; 4-Methylmorfoline. Het is een belangrijk fijnchemisch product. Het is een uitstekend oplosmiddel, emulgator, corrosieremmer, polyurethaanschuimkatalysator en kan ook worden gebruikt als pesticide tussenproduct. Het wordt ook gebruikt in de synthese van fijnchemische producten zoals oppervlakteactieve stoffen, koelmiddelen voor smeermiddelen, roestremmers voor metalen en vezelbehandelingsmiddelen.<\/h4>\n

NMM Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. 4-Methylmorfoline kan worden gebruikt als oppervlakteactieve stof, extractiemiddel en corrosieremmer.
\n2. 4-Methylmorfoline wordt ook veel gebruikt in pesticiden en medicijnen.
\n3. N-Methylmorfoline is een heterocyclisch tertiair amine met ether- en amine-eigenschappen. Het wordt veel gebruikt bij de synthese van bestrijdingsmiddelen, zoals pesticiden, fungiciden en plantengroeiregulatoren.
\n4. 4-Methylmorfoline wordt ook gebruikt in de synthese van fijnchemische producten zoals koelvloeistoffen voor smeerolie, roestremmers voor metalen en vezelbehandelingsmiddelen.<\/h4>\n

\n1, Bubbelgaten: bellen of gaten die ontstaan tijdens het schuimproces.
\nOorzaak: ongelijkmatige menging, onvoldoende toevoeging van schuimvormend middel, te hoge of te lage omgevingstemperatuur of onnauwkeurige materiaaldosering.
\n2, ongelijke dichtheid: de dichtheid van het schuimmateriaal verandert of is ongelijk.
\nReden: Onvoldoende mengen, onnauwkeurige dosering, niet lang genoeg schuimen of grote veranderingen in de omgevingstemperatuur kunnen leiden tot ongelijkmatige dichtheid.
\n3, Krimp: het materiaal krimpt of vervormt na het opschuimen.
\nReden: dit kan worden veroorzaakt door een te grote verandering in de omgevingstemperatuur, koeling, trillingen of drukveranderingen tijdens het schuimproces, maar ook door de selectie van schuimmaterialen en andere factoren.
\n4, viscositeitsveranderingen: de viscositeit van het schuimmateriaal verandert tijdens het gebruik.
\nReden: dit kan worden veroorzaakt door onstabiele kwaliteit van grondstoffen, onjuiste opslagomstandigheden of onvoldoende menging.
\n5, bramen: bramen of niet glad op het oppervlak van het materiaal na het opschuimen.
\nReden: dit kan worden veroorzaakt door een onvoldoende gladde mal of onjuist gebruik van een lossingsmiddel.<\/p>\n
