Beschrijving N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine<\/strong><\/p>\n

PC-8 is een tertiaire amine die voornamelijk wordt gebruikt om de urethaanreactie (polyol-isocyanaat) te bevorderen in een groot aantal toepassingen voor hardschuim.<\/p>\n

N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine Toepassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. PC-8 wordt aanbevolen voor evaluatie in een breed gamma harde schuimen. Een belangrijke toepassing is isolatieschuim, inclusief spray, slabstock, boardlaminaat en koelsamenstellingen. NT CAT PC-8 wordt ook gebruikt in de productie van hardschuim meubelframes en decoratieve onderdelen. Het kan samen met het polyol worden gebundeld of als aparte stroom worden gedoseerd.<\/p>\n

2. DMCHA kan worden gebruikt in een breed gamma harde schuimen. Een van de belangrijkste toepassingen is isolatieschuim, met inbegrip van formuleringen voor sprays, platen, laminaten en koelopslag. N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine is ook geschikt voor de productie van meubelframes van hardschuim en decoratieve onderdelen. De katalysator die in hardschuimproducten wordt gebruikt, kan alleen als hoofdkatalysator worden gebruikt zonder organotin toe te voegen, en kan ook worden aangevuld met katalysatoren uit de JD-serie, afhankelijk van het proces en de productvereisten. Dit product wordt ook gebruikt als tussenproduct voor rubberversnellers en synthetische vezels.<\/p>\n
