Wat is Probenecid?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Probenecid is een nieuw type zeer effectieve penicillines en cefalosporine antibiotica. Speciaal gebruikt voor penicillines, kan de cephalosporin antibioticasynergist, de doeltreffendheid van cephalosporines, penicillines 8-10 keer verbeteren.<\/h4>\n

2. Daarnaast kan dit product ook de uitscheiding van zwakke organische zuren (zoals penicilline en cefalosporine) in de niertubuli remmen, waardoor de bloedconcentratie van deze antibiotica toeneemt en hun werkingsduur wordt verlengd.<\/h4>\n

3. Dit product wordt gemakkelijk geabsorbeerd door orale toediening en de plasma-eiwitbindingsgraad is zo hoog als 85% tot 90%. Volwassenen nemen elke keer 1 g, de plasmaconcentratie bereikt de piek binnen 2 tot 4 uur, en de halfwaardetijd is 6 tot 12 uur. Probenecide wordt snel gemetaboliseerd in de lever, en de belangrijkste metaboliet is probenecide acetoglucuronzuur. Metabolieten worden voornamelijk uitgescheiden in de urine. Dit product heeft geen ontstekingsremmende en pijnstillende effecten, dus het is niet effectief tegen acute jicht.<\/h4>\n

Probenecid Gebruik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Behandeling van jicht, hyperurikemie, 1,25-2,5g per paard, koe, schaap, varken 0,5g, kip 40mg, kat, hond 60mg, tweemaal daags.<\/h4>\n

2. Om de werkzaamheid en werkingsduur van penicilline, cefalosporines te verbeteren, volgens 1 deel probenecid (berekend als zuiver product): 3,5 delen penicilline, cefalosporine verhouding compatibiliteit.<\/h4>\n

Nadat het product is opgelost door water toe te voegen (de oplossingsverhouding kan worden bepaald aan de hand van de werkelijke situatie), is het oplosbaar in verdunde natriumhydroxideoplossing en bijna onoplosbaar in verdund zuur.<\/h4>\n
