Hieronder volgen enkele veelgebruikte optimalisatiemethoden:<br \/>\n1. Controle zuurstofomgeving<br \/>\nRealiseer een redelijke verdeling van aerobe zone, anoxische zone en anaerobe zone om de microomgeving te garanderen die vereist is in het biologische stikstof- en fosforverwijderingsproces. Pas de hoeveelheid beluchting aan om het niveau van opgeloste zuurstof (DO) in de aerobe zone te regelen om de nitrificatiereactie te bevorderen. Zorg voor voldoende verblijftijd in de anoxische zone om de denitrificatie te bevorderen.<br \/>\n2. Slibleeftijd (SRT) controle<br \/>\nEen juiste verlenging van de slibleeftijd vergemakkelijkt de groei van nitrificerende bacteri\u00ebn en het nitrificatieproces. Voor fosforverwijdering is het nodig om de slibleeftijd in evenwicht te brengen om voldoende fosforpolymeriserende micro-organismen te behouden.<br \/>\n3. Voedingsstoffenbalans<br \/>\nZorg voor voldoende en uitgebalanceerde koolstof-, stikstof- en fosforbronnen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van microbi\u00eble stikstof- en fosforverwijdering. Pas de dosering van externe koolstofbronnen, zoals methanol en azijnzuur, aan op basis van de kwaliteit van het instromende water om het denitrificatieproces te bevorderen.<br \/>\n4. Strategie voor terugkeer en afvoer<br \/>\nOptimaliseer de interne recirculatie en slibretourstroom om de verwijderingseffici\u00ebntie van nitraat en fosfaat te verbeteren. Regel de slibafvoer om het microbi\u00eble evenwicht in het systeem te handhaven.<br \/>\n5. Inlaat voorbehandeling<br \/>\nVerwijder zwevende deeltjes en sommige voedingsstoffen uit het instromende water door middel van fysische of chemische methoden (bijv. bezinking, flotatie) om de belasting van het biochemische systeem te verminderen.<br \/>\n6. Inoculatie en selectie van micro-organismen<br \/>\nMicrobi\u00eble stammen enten voor effici\u00ebnte stikstof- en fosforverwijdering om de zuiveringscapaciteit van het systeem te verbeteren. De groei van specifieke functionele micro-organismen bevorderen door biologische selectie of biologische regulering.<br \/>\n7. Controle slibconcentratie<br \/>\nHandhaaf de juiste slibconcentratie (MLSS) om de behandelingseffici\u00ebntie van het systeem te verbeteren.<br \/>\n8. Controle en analyse<br \/>\nControleer regelmatig indicatoren zoals stikstof en fosfor, evenals belangrijke parameters zoals pH, DO, temperatuur, enz. om de werkingsstrategie op tijd aan te passen. Spiegelinspectie van slib om veranderingen in de microbi\u00eble fase te observeren om de werking van het systeem te beoordelen.<br \/>\n9. De processtroom optimaliseren<br \/>\nOverweeg de toepassing van geavanceerde behandelingsprocessen zoals sequencing batch reactor (SBR), oxidatiesloot, membraanbioreactor (MBR), etc. om het effect van stikstof- en fosforverwijdering te verbeteren.<br \/>\n10. Omgaan met schommelingen in de toevoerwaterbelasting<br \/>\nNeem bij schommelingen in de belasting van het voedingswater overeenkomstige maatregelen, zoals het verdunnen van voedingswater met een hoge belasting, om micro-organismen tegen de gevolgen te beschermen.
