Ze hebben bepaalde lichtabsorberende eigenschappen en de bijbehorende co-initiator, d.w.z. waterstofdonor, heeft zelf geen absorptie in het langegolf UV-bereik. Waterstofvangende fotoinitiatoren absorberen UV-energie en bimoleculaire interactie met de co-initiator in de aangeslagen toestand om reactieve radicalen te produceren. Ten eerste kunnen de lage kosten en de lage prijs worden gebruikt in sommige formuleringen met een lage toegevoegde waarde en lage kwaliteitseisen. Omdat het tertiaire amine structuur, dus michanone kan ook worden gebruikt als een fotoinitiator alleen, maar de effici\u00ebntie is niet volledig ontwikkeld. Zoals MK en BP gebruikt in combinatie met de fotopolymerisatie van acrylaten, bleek dat de initiatie activiteit veel hoger is dan MK \/ tertiaire amine systeem en BP \/ tertiaire amine systeem, de polymerisatiesnelheid is ongeveer 10 keer de laatste twee.<\/p>\n<p>Ten tweede, thioxanthrone + tertiair amine fotoinitiatiesysteem<\/p>\n<p>Thioxanthoon wordt ook gebruikt als waterstofgreep fotoinitiator, en de maximale absorptiegolflengte kan 380 ~ 420 nm bereiken, en de extinctieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt is ook hoger, ongeveer 102 orden van grootte, die volledig gebruik kan maken van de lichtgolfenergie van 365 nm en 405 nm van de lichtbron, die veel effectiever is dan benzofenon fotoinitiator. In termen van initiatiemechanisme is het fotoinitiatorsysteem van thioxanthrone vergelijkbaar met het benzofenonsysteem. De structuurformules van thioxanthoon (TX) en zijn verschillende derivaten worden hieronder getoond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thioxanthon is een lichtgeel poeder met een zeer slechte oplosbaarheid in de meeste oplosmiddelen, waardoor het moeilijk te dispergeren is in harssystemen. De meeste hebben goede oplosbaarheids- en dispersie-eigenschappen en de absorptie en fotochemische activiteit kunnen worden verbeterd. De gebruikelijke gesubstitueerde TX zijn onder andere 2-chloorthianthrone (CTX), CPTX, isopropylthioanthrone (ITX) en 2,4-diethylthioanthrone (DETX). CTX is nog steeds niet goed oplosbaar en is geleidelijk vervangen door de laatste twee.<\/p>\n<p>De thianthrone substituenten moeten gekoppeld worden aan geschikte actieve amines om een effici\u00ebnte fotoinitierende activiteit te verkrijgen. Het bleek dat ethyl-4-dimethylaminobenzoaat (EDAB) de meest geschikte reactieve amineco-initiator is voor gebruik met thianthrone, dat niet alleen zeer actief is maar ook minder ernstige vergeling heeft.
