Hoe meet je de goedheid van de hars in de inkt?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Er zijn veel indicatoren om de fysische en chemische eigenschappen van een hars te meten. Voor de inktindustrie zijn de volgende zaken van belang.<\/p>\n

(1) de viscositeit van de hars
\nDe viscositeit van de hars heeft een grote invloed op de viscositeit van de inkt, de grootte van de viscositeit moet worden overwogen bij het kiezen van een hars.<\/p>\n

(2) De oplosbaarheid van de hars in het oplosmiddel
\nBij de productie van inkt, de noodzaak om een bepaalde hoeveelheid oplosmiddel toe te voegen in de hars aan de viscositeit en andere indicatoren aan te passen, dus de hars kan volledig worden opgelost in het geselecteerde oplosmiddel of minerale olie, is de basisvereiste voor de productie van inkt;.<\/p>\n

(3) het vrijkomen van het oplosmiddel in de hars
\nHet vrijkomen van het oplosmiddel in de hars verwijst naar de snelheid waarmee het oplosmiddel vrijkomt uit de hars. Dit be\u00efnvloedt de droogsnelheid van de inkt. Dit is gerelateerd aan de hars zelf, waarbij de oplosmiddelvolatiliteit goed of slecht is, maar ook aan de hars en het oplosmiddel gemengd met het bereidingsproces en andere factoren.<\/p>\n

(4) De kleur van de hars
\nHars moet kleurloos of lichtgekleurd zijn, om te voorkomen dat de kleur van de inkt wordt be\u00efnvloed door de kleur van de hars.<\/p>\n

(5) De waterbestendigheid van de hars
\nDe waterbestendigheid van de hars van invloed op de waterbestendigheid van de inkt, met name in offsetdruk inkt, slechte waterbestendigheid van de inkt zal optreden emulgering, pasta plaat, niet onder de inkt en andere verschijnselen.
