1. Kaliumthioglycolaat wordt wijd gebruikt in haarverwijdering (zoals leer, menselijk lichaam), hoofdagent voor permanent en het verven, en voorbereiding van stevig vloeibaar middel.

2. Kaliumthioglycolaat kan bij molybdeenverrijking worden gebruikt als koperzwavelremmer.

(2) Ontharingsproducten

De maximale gebruiksconcentratie is 5% (gebaseerd op thioglycolzuur) en de pH-waarde is 7-12,7.

(3) Uitwasbare haarproducten

De maximale gebruiksconcentratie is 2% (berekend als thioglycolzuur) en de pH-waarde is 7-9,5.

(4) Wimperpermanent producten
