L'agente nucleante P-23 \u00e8 un agente nucleante composto che accelera la cristallizzazione dei polimeri. \u00c8 adatto per il poliestere (PET, PBT) e anche per il nylon (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, copolimero PA). Quando il P-23 viene aggiunto alla massa polimerica, si disperde facilmente in particelle molto fini, che svolgono un ruolo di nucleazione molto efficace e formano una struttura cristallina fine.<\/p>\n

CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae P-23 Utilizzo<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Prevenzione delle cricche da stress dei prodotti.<\/p>\n

Migliorare le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche (aumento della resistenza alla trazione e della durezza).<\/p>\n

Migliora la lucentezza della superficie.<\/p>\n

Queste propriet\u00e0 migliorate non sono presenti solo nei materiali non rinforzati, ma sono efficaci anche nei materiali rinforzati e sono particolarmente adatte ai materiali rinforzati con fibre di vetro. La ragione di questi effetti \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di formare una struttura cristallina pi\u00f9 dettagliata e uniforme nella matrice di nylon rispetto alle fibre di vetro.<\/p>\n

Utilizzo:<\/p>\n

L'aggiunta ottimale di agente nucleante P-23 \u00e8 di circa 0,2-0,5%, a seconda del tipo di polimero e delle propriet\u00e0 che il prodotto finale deve ottenere. Pu\u00f2 essere aggiunto direttamente o utilizzato come masterbatch.<\/p>\n
