The most useful answer almost always comes from system-level diagnosis, not a single metric.<\/p>\n<p><!-- lc-qa-end --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Esistenza di un carico d'urto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punto di giudizio:<\/strong> L'effluente \u00e8 accompagnato da torbidit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisi:<\/strong> Il carico di fanghi attivi causato dallo scarico di particolato trasportato dall'acqua \u00e8 costituito per lo pi\u00f9 da particelle di fango attivo non sedimentate, dall'impatto dell'attivit\u00e0 del fango attivo per aumentare l'attivit\u00e0 del fango attivo, a causa dell'elevata attivit\u00e0 tra le particelle che rende scarsa la flocculazione delle particelle di fango attivo tra le particelle. Contromisure: La riduzione del carico d'urto pu\u00f2 essere ottenuta omogeneizzando la qualit\u00e0 e la quantit\u00e0 dell'acqua nell'area di materializzazione. Aumentare anche il MLSS per contrastare il carico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Invecchiamento dei fanghi attivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punti di giudizio:<\/strong> Il surnatante presenta fiocchi fini e non sedimentati, ma l'acqua interstiziale \u00e8 limpida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisi:<\/strong> cause di invecchiamento dei fanghi attivi:<\/p>\n<p>\u2460 scarico intempestivo del fango; \u2461 concentrazione troppo bassa dell'acqua di alimentazione; \u2462 controllo MLSS troppo elevato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestazioni dell'indice di controllo del processo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV30: aumento della velocit\u00e0 di insediamento (90% del processo in 3min); aumento della comprimibilit\u00e0 del fango attivo (SV30 inferiore a 8%); colore dell'insediamento troppo scuro (marrone scuro).<\/p>\n<p>2. DO: aerazione ridotta Il DO \u00e8 ancora alto.<\/p>\n<p>3. Crescita dei fanghi: ridotta rispetto al passato.<\/p>\n<p>4. Contromisure: Aumentare la concentrazione del substrato in ingresso e ridurre l'MLSS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avvelenamento da fanghi attivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punti di giudizio:<\/strong> Se i protozoi scompaiono in modo evidente, accompagnati da acqua di scarico con particelle in sospensione, il COD dell'acqua di scarico aumenta in modo evidente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisi:<\/strong> Il normale metabolismo dei fanghi attivi \u00e8 influenzato dall'impatto e dall'inibizione di sostanze tossiche, con conseguente morte di parte dei fanghi attivi periferici, che vengono quindi disintegrati e parzialmente disciolti nella miscela, determinando un aumento significativo del COD in uscita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestazioni dell'indice di controllo del processo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV: torbidit\u00e0 del surnatante, colore scuro del fango, il surnatante \u00e8 sempre in uno stato torbido e il tempo di sedimentazione non ha alcuna relazione.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO: la stessa forza di aerazione DO \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alta del solito.<\/p>\n<p>3. Crescita dei fanghi: i nuovi fanghi non sono visibili, il MLSS diminuisce. Durante il periodo di diminuzione della concentrazione dei fanghi attivi, la disintegrazione formale dei fanghi attivi continua e le particelle intrappolate nell'acqua di drenaggio sono pi\u00f9 evidenti, e di solito ritorna alla normalit\u00e0 in una settimana dopo l'eliminazione dei materiali tossici o inerti. Tuttavia, durante il periodo di recupero, a causa della forte attivit\u00e0 di crescita dei fanghi, l'acqua di drenaggio \u00e8 ancora intrisa di particelle.<\/p>\n<p>4. Contromisure: Aumentare lo scarico dei fanghi e sostituire i fanghi attivi inibiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fenomeno di denitrificazione nel processo di sedimentazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punto di giudizio:<\/strong> il gas generato nel processo di denitrificazione intrappola i fanghi per farli galleggiare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisi:<\/strong> la concentrazione della miscela di fanghi attivi \u00e8 elevata e l'aerazione \u00e8 gravemente insufficiente, insieme alla miscela contiene azoto ammoniacale azoto organico e altre reazioni di denitrificazione che portano i fanghi attivi a depositarsi sul galleggiante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestazioni dell'indice di controllo del processo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV: i fanghi attivi prima si depositano e poi si sollevano, i fanghi attivi affondano di nuovo dopo la miscelazione.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO: condizione anossica.<\/p>\n<p>3. Contromisure: migliorare l'aerazione; migliorare la concentrazione di substrato; ridurre il contenuto di azoto nell'acqua di alimentazione per evitare squilibri dovuti a C\/N.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aerazione eccessiva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punti di giudizio:<\/strong> la capacit\u00e0 di flocculazione si indebolisce, i fiocchi gravi non hanno la capacit\u00e0 di flocculare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisi:<\/strong> Un'aerazione eccessiva non favorisce la normale crescita e riproduzione dei fanghi attivi, che si rompono sotto l'azione delle bolle d'aria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestazioni dell'indice di controllo del processo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV: durante il processo di decantazione, le particelle pi\u00f9 fini nel surnatante, sia affondando che galleggiando lentamente e l'acqua tra le particelle \u00e8 una sensazione di nebulosit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO: aerazione elevata a lungo termine (basso carico).<\/p>\n<p>3.
