Come misurare la bont\u00e0 della resina nell'inchiostro?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Esistono molti indicatori per misurare le propriet\u00e0 fisiche e chimiche di una resina. Per l'industria degli inchiostri, i seguenti aspetti dovrebbero essere di interesse.<\/p>\n

(1) la viscosit\u00e0 della resina
\nLa viscosit\u00e0 della resina influisce in larga misura sulla viscosit\u00e0 dell'inchiostro; nella scelta della resina si deve tenere conto dell'entit\u00e0 della sua viscosit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

(2) La solubilit\u00e0 della resina nel solvente
\nNella produzione di inchiostro, la necessit\u00e0 di aggiungere una certa quantit\u00e0 di solvente nella resina per regolare la viscosit\u00e0 e altri indicatori, quindi la resina pu\u00f2 essere completamente sciolta nel solvente selezionato o nell'olio minerale, \u00e8 il requisito fondamentale per la produzione di inchiostro;.<\/p>\n

(3) il rilascio del solvente nella resina
\nIl rilascio del solvente nella resina si riferisce alla velocit\u00e0 con cui il solvente viene rilasciato dalla resina. Ci\u00f2 influisce sulla velocit\u00e0 di essiccazione dell'inchiostro. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 legato alla resina stessa, con prestazioni di volatilit\u00e0 del solvente buone o cattive, ma anche alla resina e al solvente mescolati al processo di preparazione e ad altri fattori.<\/p>\n

(4) Il colore della resina
\nLa resina deve essere incolore o di colore chiaro, per evitare che il colore dell'inchiostro sia dovuto al colore della resina.<\/p>\n

(5) Resistenza all'acqua della resina
\nLa resistenza all'acqua della resina influisce sulla resistenza all'acqua dell'inchiostro, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'inchiostro da stampa offset, la scarsa resistenza all'acqua dell'inchiostro provoca emulsioni, lastre di pasta, non sotto l'inchiostro e altri fenomeni. Gli inchiostri a base d'acqua utilizzati nella resina richiedono buone prestazioni di diluizione dell'acqua, ma nel substrato dopo la pellicola non possono essere dissolti in acqua.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
