Si raccomanda di conservarlo in un luogo asciutto e a bassa temperatura e di utilizzarlo in una cappa di aspirazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>L'etere etilvinilico \u00e8 utilizzato principalmente come gruppo protettivo del gruppo ossidrilico, reagente di trasferimento vinilico e partecipa alla reazione di addizione di ciclizzazione nella sintesi organica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tra i numerosi gruppi protettori per i gruppi idrossi, l'\u03b1-etossi etil etere (EE) formato da etil vinil etere e idrossi \u00e8 uno dei gruppi protettori pi\u00f9 usati e convenienti. La reazione richiede generalmente un catalizzatore acido forte, a questo scopo si possono usare TFA e TsOH, il pi\u00f9 comunemente usato \u00e8 il PPTS. La reazione viene solitamente completata agitando per diverse ore a temperatura ambiente. Nella maggior parte dei casi, la resa del prodotto \u00e8 superiore a 95% (Formula 1) [1,2]. Il gruppo protettore EE pu\u00f2 facilmente completare la reazione di deprotezione in condizioni acide. I metodi consigliati sono PPTS-EtOH e HCl-MeOH aq. (Equazione 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biochemsafebuy.com\/static\/kindeditor-4.1.10\/attached\/image\/20191127\/20191127095147_88752.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sotto l'azione del catalizzatore derivato dell'acetato mercurico, l'etil vinil etere e l'idrossile subiscono una reazione di trasferimento vinilico per generare il corrispondente prodotto vinil etere (Formula 3) [5]. Se si utilizza un catalizzatore di palladio metallico, si pu\u00f2 evitare efficacemente l'uso di un catalizzatore di mercurio metallico (Formula 4) [6]. Questa reazione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 significativa perch\u00e9 il prodotto pu\u00f2 subire ulteriori reazioni di condensazione o metatesi di olefine [7,8].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biochemsafebuy.com\/static\/kindeditor-4.1.10\/attached\/image\/20191127\/20191127095200_82254.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L'etil vinil etere e l'allile idrossile subiscono una reazione di trasferimento vinilico per generare il corrispondente prodotto vinil etere. La reazione viene solitamente completata sotto la catalisi dell'acetato mercurico. Il riscaldamento del prodotto in toluene o xilene pu\u00f2 indurre il corrispondente riarrangiamento di Claisen, rendendo la reazione di importante valore sintetico.
