Record resin, crosslinker, pigments, solvent\/water, pH where relevant, substrate and cure. A product that separates or changes cure is not rescued by an attractive wipe result.<\/p>\n

Keep added water or predilution solvent equal in the blank. Record viscosity, solids, film build, cure and dry time at every dose.<\/p>\n

Separate easy-clean endpoints<\/h2>\n

Water contact angle, initial marker beading and cleanability answer different questions. Measure the first mark before cleaning, the number of wipes needed with a defined cleaner, residual stain, gloss\/color change and visible film damage. Include permanent marker, paint marker or other customer contaminants separately because one result cannot represent all graffiti media.<\/p>\n

Define whether the goal is anti-graffiti, low dirt pickup, anti-sticking or easier routine cleaning. A formulation can improve one while worsening another. Do not invent reaction stoichiometry<\/h2>\n

3000 and 5000 describe reactive hydroxyl behavior but publish no hydroxyl value or equivalent. 3170 publishes only an upper limit of \u226470 mg KOH\/g. Request current batch data before adjusting NCO\/OH or another crosslink ratio.<\/p>\n

If a solvent project requires a more quantitative starting point, AG-D9000<\/a> publishes 100% active content, 45\u201360 mg KOH\/g hydroxyl value, 0.5\u20133% dosage and a solvent-only boundary. It remains a separate product trial, not proof for the three products above.<\/p>\n

Run a repeatable graffiti protocol<\/h2>\n
